I think Seth MacFarlane who created "Family Guy", got inspiration from President Obama when he created Stewie Griffin. Mr. Obama must have created his mind control device as a baby and used it on Hawaiian doctors to create a false birth certificate; and Kenyan doctors to forget he was born in their country. He then used it on the people of Illinois to get elected as senator; his plot to take over the world is taking shape. He then used his mind control on the most of the US, thinking they see a document saying "birth certificate" on the border with hiis name that we think is clearly . Only the birthers were too smart to fall for the ploy. Now he is President of the United States no telling what other catastrophic inventions he created as an infant to take over the rest of the world. HeHe birthers are a worse joke than this joke of a message.
