Through 29 years of career at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., including over 10 years stationed in USA and Canada, and subsequent career at KPMG, Japan Asia Security and Orix, Hitoshi Yoshimura accomplished the following projects and advisory services, with an extensive knowledge and an international experience:
● packaged mega project financings for overseas infrastructure projects.
● developed and managed environmental and recycling joint ventures in Japan.
● advisories for M&As, MBOs and financings.
