DE's staff will contact you via phone or email. We will explain you about our services.

WE will send you the application of a merchant account. Please fill in the required fields. All your information is necessary for submission to our banks.

A copy of article of incorporation.
A copy of owner's ID (ex. Driver's License, Passport)
Any document by which we can confirm your address (ex. Electricity bill, Water bill)
Brochure, pamphlet, price table and any documents used in your business.

DE submits these documents to the processing bank for reviewing. Normally, it takes about 2 weeks for the processing bank to review these documents.

DE will then send you our API (Application Programming Interface) for connecting our payment gateway system and we will issue your merchant ID and Password.

DE WILL NOT accept your application if we consider your business to be against the law, or offensive to public order and morals.
