押し方が悪いんじゃないの？
あるいは、キーボード固有の問題とかね。

LinuxディストリビューションUbuntu,、PuppyLinuxLiveCDは起動できるのにSlaxはエラーが出て起動できません。どこか違いますか？

キー自体は左右別々に認識することは出来ますが、機能的には同じかと。
Ctrl+Alt+Delの操作を何にたいして行っているか知りませんが、Windowsは左右で分けていないですし、BIOSも区別しているものは記憶にないですね。

ＸＰのショートカットキーでは左右で異なるのもあるけど、本件では区別してないですね
例:ハイコントラストの切り替え=「左Alt+左Shift+PrintScreen」

↑このソフトはキーの配置を変更するソフトですが、キー入力のチェックも出来るので試してみては?
