the 737 is the biggest piece of junk ever made. i flew it for 2 years and the happiest day in my life was when I started traing on a different airplane. just look at the accident rate and the problems with rudder actuators, speed limit restrictions, de-icing proceedures, flap/slat speed restrictions... the list goes on. the book for "what not to do" is larger than the flight manual itself.

YOU CANT CONDUCT A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OVERNIGHT ON 100'S OF PLANES- IT'S NOT REALITY - YOU CAN HOWEVER TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU DID- SO THEY ARE MORE AT EASE AND DONT STOP FLYING !!TO INVESTIGATE A 100 PLANES OR MORE THOROUGHLY- WOULD TAKE MONTHS AND COST THEM MILLIONS AND ..............It can and has been accomplished. All of their airplanes are not in one location. A visual inspection of the fuselage lap joints can easily be accomplished in an overnight visit.

Does anyone remember the Aloha Boeing 737 that had its upper fuselage ripped off in flight. Instant convertible and this thing landed otherwise intact.

NO BIGGIE ! Remember the Hawaiin Airways flight that lost the top half of the fusalage plus one un-seatbelted stewardess (poor soul!)...there's something to talk about, not a peeky hole in the side of the plane..........

MidsR4Kids IT'S AN ASSEMBLY ISSUE NOT A MAINTENANCE ISSUE ! WITH TODAYS TERROSIST THRERATS- I WOULD DOUBLE MY EVALAUTIONS ON THOSE FOLKS WHO ARE ON THE ASSEMBLY LINES PUTTING THESE PLANES TOGTHER.............. ! FOR ADDED SECURITY OF COURSE............
