Tickets to Michael Jackson's memorial service have proved monumentally hard to come by, but if you weren't able to snag one, you can at least see the Staples Center getting ready for the big day. RadarOnline has published the first behind-the-scenes photos of preparations for Tuesday's event. Check some out below and see them all at RadarOnline

JekPak,I agree. I would rather have someone use this time to highlight the American soldiers fighting and dying in the world today.MJ's career preceded him in death by 10 years. Bury his ass already.

To add to the post that I just sent, saying there are tons of reason why everyone doesn't agree with this costly fiasco for MJ: one more reason is that the TV stations are definitely going overboard, ad nauseum, showing the whole circus of ego-ridden opportunists and the money-grubbing Jackson family......I would like to find ONE channel besides the court shows and Food network that isn't totally consumed by this sideshow in the name of "respect" for a fallen star who is just another person. I would like to see some of my usual world-event news shows that I watch every day, but if I wanted to watch the MJ production, then I could find a channel that was carrying it!!! I will repeat, that it's a true travesty that his estate or his production company is not picking up the tab for the entire "production"....shame on them big-time.

Hey Mariah. Yes he had problems, unfortunately, his problem was that he was a sexual predator. His problem was a nightmare for young children. I will correct you that he WAS one of God's children. I have a feeling he's keeping company with someone else these days. One less child molester on Earth today. Michael, you couldn't heal the world but you made it a better place by leaving it. Thanks.

There are a zillion reasons why this hoopla of a service is sickening..and I don't get it why his admirers cannot understand another's view of him!! Did we call people racists or rednecks if they happened to be black, and didn't feel bad when Elvis OR Marilyn Monroe died? How stupid. AND...if I wanted to see some one constantly grab their privates , I would go to some freak x-rated movie. Those were very repulsive gestures that MJ was constantly making while "dancing." His freaky and low-life promotors like Sharpton, J. Jackson and Joe Jackson should be ashamed, that their plan to promote themselves and lots of $$$ also, are letting the state of CA pick up much of the tab....I just cannot believe that someone stupid in CA signed on for this fiasco!!!

I look at the faces of the people attending this memorial and all I see are the dregs of society. Most of the women look like hookers and lots of them are trying to hide their faces for one reason or another.

I can't believe that all of you are saying these things about one of GOD's children. He was a talented and giving individual. Yes he had problems but who doesn't have problems. You all should be ashamed of yourself for the harsh remarks posted on this website. If you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say nothing at all. R.I.P. -MJ -The King of Pop

I like what Brooke Shields had to say. It was very heartfelt, personal and genuine. Thank you for sharing, Brooke.

I am so sick of this MJ thing I could just gag. I want to know WHO WAS THE PERSON in CA who approved spending over 1M for this phony show of ego-inflated "talent", for the supposed "respect" for MJ? Why him??? Why aren't his parents paying for it?? How could the state of CA possibly justify this unneeded circus?? All I hear is how broke they are that they are issueing IOU's in place of paychecks!! Is the world totally mad these days?? I want to know who made the decision for the city of LA to acquiesce and pick up the tab for this fiasco.
