Hola,

No logro entender que quiere decir "ideas person" en el siguiente contexto:


-I understand how I perform at work (e.g. action oriented, reflective, an ideas person, decisive) and what that means for job choices and results

Mi Intento:

-Comprendo como me desempeño en el trabajo (ej. acción orientada, reflexiva, an ideas person, decisiva) y lo que eso significa para las elecciones de trabajo y resultados.

Hi, In this context I think it refers to someone who formulates and creates ideas relevant for their position and the problems that they have to solve. I hope that this helps,
