Michael Jackson's 7-year-old will was filed Wednesday in a Los Angeles court, giving his entire estate to a family trust but cutting out his former wife Debbie Rowe.

The will, dated July 7, 2002, estimated his estate at that time at more than $500 million.

It gives the entire estate to the Michael Jackson Family Trust.

The documents said Jackson's estate consisted almost entirely of "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalogue of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony ATV, and the interests of various entities."

His mother, Katherine Jackson, is named as a beneficiary of the trust and the guardian of Jackson's three young children, who are named in the will.

And despite earlier claims, Jackson's father Joe is not specifically left out, nor are any charities named, PEOPLE reports.

The will names Diana Ross as a successor trustee to Jackson's mother if necessary.

Anyone else wonder why the only person to stay in the closet about this is Debbie Rowe? In the past she's always acted like she feared for her life - I wonder what she would say now?For Michael to leave nothing to the Mother of his first two children is terribly wrong. She wasn't an Ikea where you just fork over the cash and run -- she is the children's birth mother (as noted on their Certificates). Talent is one thing. So is class. And we all know which he was known for

You have to feel sorry for a person that was never allowed to be a child and grow up as normal people do. He also for some reason didn't relate to his black race and I can only imagine the the hate he must have felt for himself...He probably was a pedophile although he was never convicted....I think he was a great talent and a poor lost soul....and to some degree you have to feel sorry for him . To have all that power and all that fame and wealth only to spend his entire live looking for love and acceptance and never feeling like he got any.

If you look at the top story on AOL right now......it's a TMZ story. TMZ is the National Enquirer.........that's what AOL has been reduced to. Then we are supposed to take them seriously when they report on something other than celebrities?
