RRoneyT 04:22 PMJun 25 2009 wow GMcorbin...i'm a defense attorney and cannot recall raping a tax payer...i hate court appointed cases...the pay sucks...much rather have someone come in and lay down $10,000 than to get a state appointment (which all criminal attys have to be willing to take if your name is drawn)________________________________________________________________I AM WELL AWARE OF HOW IT WORKS! THE FACTS ARE THE FACTS! HOW MUCH ON AVERAGE DOES A STATE PAY? AND, HOW MANY CASES ON AVERAGE? HOW MANY IN OUR PRISONS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED OVER 20 TIMES? HOW MUCH IS BEING SPENT ON ILLEGALS IN OUR PRISONS? YEAH, ATTORNEYS MAKE MONEY! AFTER ALL, THEY MAKE THE LAWS DONT THEY?

RRoneyT 04:18 PMJun 25 2009 actually Timaloha...."really badly" should read "badly"...the word "really" adds nothing@@@Yes. I know that. I was only trying to show that the original poster used an adjective when he/she should have used an adverb. I was not addressing the sentence construction, and I left "really" in on purpose.

The same thing is going to happen to that right wing gun nut Von Brunn. EVERYONE is entitled to representation and a vigorous defense. That's how we try to keep the innocent out of jail even if sometimes guilty people go free. The liberals who set up this system are now called the Founding Fathers.________________________________________________________________ NO ********! THE FOUNDING FATHERS WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED APPEAL AFTER APPEAL! AND, ALL AT THE TAX PAYERS EXPENSE! I DONT THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM ESTABLISHING THIS ANIMAL...
