700 NYC Teachers Paid To Do Nothing

Hundreds of New York City teachers are doing nothing all day -- and are getting paid full salaries. The teachers in question face disciplinary hearings, and union contracts prohibit the city from firing teachers accused of wrongdoing or sending them home. Instead, the teachers are dispatched to so-called "rubber rooms." They paint, sleep, do yoga and anything else, except teach.
