AUGUSTA, Ga. (June 22) - A 62-year-old man struck it big twice in the Georgia Lottery.
Earl Fritz won the top prize of $777,777 in the instant game Super Lucky 7's. That dwarfed the $1,000 he won a week earlier in a different game.

The carpenter said he felt lucky a week ago and now feels a little bit luckier.
Fritz said he didn't realize he had won the big prize at first because he wasn't wearing his glasses.
The first win came in the instant game Extreme Green.
Fritz and his wife have not decided what to do with the money.

Why all the Obama comments? They have nothing to do with the story. Or do you just have Obama-hatred on the brain? Must Obama be mentioned in every thread?

The article doesn't say how much money the guy spent on the lottery each week. I've known 2 people who "won" $1000 and $50,000 in the lottery, but spent $50 and $100 a week trying for it. The guy who won the $50,000, my cousin, bought his wife a 10 year old car, and blew the rest within 6 months. They now have a 12 year old car to show for all the money they spent and won. He's still spending $100 a week and last time I checked had won $2.

At least somebody in GEORGIA won the GEORGIA lottery. It seems like every time we have a big winner, they are from Arkansas or Wisconsin or some other state.

THIS GUY WILL NEED THE LOTTERY:Obama said he'd give 95% of us a tax break. He didn't tell you they'd then raise taxes on healthcare benefits, cigarettes, energy, pop, beer, wine, gasoline and aviation fuel....AND..... certainly nobody told you they'd be raising income taxes at the state and local levels...AND...real estate taxes (even though your home value is falling) and license fees did they? How underhanded can this get?
