Yep, this has all the earmarks of an affair of some sort..even his wife didn't know, hmmmmmm. As I said earlier he lprobably snuck off with a gay lover like other high-flown, good-christian, morally judgmental Republicans have done in the past, while still trying to tell the rest of us how we should live our lives. I am sick of yo-yos like Sanford and his equally evil twin Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, the patriotic American who what Texas to sucede from the union. Go figure.

this has nothing to do with being a liberal. liberals didn't make this up. and not only liberals are talking about this story either. it may be innocent, but he is the governor, and when u go off like that without telling any one, thats not good because a whole state has to be run by somebody if in an emergancy or when he cant be found. and with things like they are, anything could have happened to him. he, of all people should know that. yes, take your vacation, heck take two, but inform somebody. dont know how old the kids are, but for him not to talk to his kids on fathers day, someting just doesn't seem right with this story, not even talking to his wife in several days, yet again, anything could have happened to her and the kids and he not know it. im asuming bleeding heart liberals means that liberals have a heart anc are caring while republicans have hearts of stone, surely you will make it to heaven with stoney hearts.

im tired of everybody worrying about what everyone else is doing.its called chain of authority.what if he died you will trust the next in command to take charge but if he is having a week off which calm down all you all fuc**rs who dont even have a joba dn havent tried to get one. you have no say lazy asses. the man want s a weekend off let him have oneim sure when youu wantr a week off from your 9 to 5 job you get it

Think of it as The Governor's need for sanity after working with the Kooks he must...or better still think of it as his get away on foot unlike the President who flies out of town weekends to have dinner in a different city or better still Michelle Obama's secret vacation recently in Europe after hubby came back to face the music in DC...lol...

Doesnt surprise me. He refuses money for our children education unless he can spend the money on what HE wants. Has to be sued by people to accept the money. Sanford has lost any respect he had with South Carolinians. Everyone I know, including me, will not vote for him if he runs for Gov again.

come on all. the gov was probably just using some of the money he didnt want to accept and create some jobs there in the palmetto state. he was just seeing how the poor people live in appalacia. You needed that spree Gov screw what others think
