携帯電話から更新出来ると聞いたのでやってみます！

普段、CDで練習するけど、カラオケで「明日へのキズナ」は入っているかな。。。と思ったからチェックしました。あったんですよ!

明日出来れば、携帯から会場で短い更新したくて、その為今やってみました！部屋に戻ってからパソコンで確かめます！

I heard that I can update from my cell phone so I'm giving it a try.

I normally practice with a CD, but I wondered if "Asu e no Kizuna" was in the karaoke machine..and it was!

Tomorrow I'd like to make a short update at the event's place so that is why I wanted to try and see if I do an update from my cell before hand. I'll take a look at the site to see the results when I get home!

何数日前、散歩の途中でパン屋に行きました。
パン屋が大好きです。

買ったパンはマヨネーズが入ってました。
カナダの普通のマヨネーズと日本のは味が違います。
今までマヨネーズが好きじゃなかったけど、日本のと好きになりました。
なんか。。。スパイシー。美味しいですよね。
作った人は天才だと思います！（笑）

A few days ago, while taking a walk, I stopped at a bakery shop (...that's how it's called in english, right?).
I love bakery shops.

The bread I bought had mayonnaise in it.
The regular mayonnaise and the one in Japan don't taste the same.
I've never been fond of mayonnaise up till now, but I fell in love with the one they use in Japan.
It's kind of...spicy? Spicy is good.
The person who made it must be a genius! (lol)

私は。。いくらマスクを着ても、手を洗っても、先週から風邪を引いてしまいました。

なぜでしょうか。

多分自分の頭のせいだと思います！！！考えすぎちゃって、眠れませんでした！（笑）

でも安心して下さい。私は絶対にイベントで歌います。

ずっと昔から私は頭のOnとOffのスイッチが。。。。壊れました。
ずっとOnでいます。（泣）

残念ながら、私の意見とか言葉で出すことは無理ですけど。

でも不思議ですよね。知らないうるさいやつがいたら、誰でもコイツから逃げられるでしょう。
でも自分から逃げられないでしょう。もし自分も自分にうるさくなったら逃げられないことなんて。。。

なんてこと！！！！（笑）

私の頭はうるさいです。
脳から離れられないなんて。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。当たり前じゃん。　　！！？？（笑）

でも脳も協力して欲しいんです。

Good evening! Is everyone doing well?

No matter how much I wear masks and wash my hands.....I caught a cold since last week.

Why is that?

Probably because of my brain!!!! I couldn't stop thinking, so I couldn't sleep! (lol)

But rest assured. I will definitely sing at the upcoming events.
B'lieve in meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh!!! (lol)

My brain's On and Off buttons have probably been broken since long ago, so I'm stuck at 'On' ever since. *cries*

But isn't it strange. If there is an annoying person you don't know standing next to you, you can easily get away from them. But.....that you can't get away from your own self.......... !!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can this be. (lol)

My brain is annoying. I can't get away from my own brain.....................you say. DUH!   ??!!! (lol)

Of course I'm just being silly.

But I wish my brain would cooperate with me. But I'm me..so I'm my brain and my brain is me...does that make any sense.

お待たせしました。
こんばんは、HIMEKAです！
新しいブログの開始です～～～

２００８年３月１４日にWorking Holiday Visaでカナダのケベック州から来日しました。
母国語はフランス語だけど、英語も出来ます。前のブログと新しいのブログもそうだったけど、自分で日本語と英語で打っています。日本語は独学で覚えましたけど、まだまだです。フランス語も使いたいけど、２語でも凄く長くなって、３語になったら大変です。フランス語より英語が出来る方が多いです。
日本で歌手デビューを目指して、オーディションを探したり、デモテープを送ったりしたけど、去年の9月末、全日本アニソングランプリを優勝しました（アニマックス/J:COM)。そのお陰でTVアニメ「戦場のヴァルキュリア」のOP主題歌が歌うことになって、５月２７日に発売されて、デビューしました！

凄く簡単に言えるけど、そんなに簡単じゃありませんでした。
カナダでも日本でも色々大変なことがあったけど、夢を諦めませんでした。
私みたいに夢がある沢山の人達がいると思いますから、その人達に「頑張ってください。自分を信じ続けてください。」と言いたいです。

沢山の方のお陰でこのデビューシングルが出来て、本当に感謝しています。

そして、「明日へのキズナ」を聞いてくれて、好きになってきての皆さん、ありがとうございます。
HIMEKAのデビューシングルを購入してくれて、ありがとうございます。
カップリング曲も聞いてくれれば凄く嬉しいです。アニソンカバーで、大好きなアニメ作品から、大好きな曲で、大好きな作曲家・作詞家の梶浦由記さんで、大好きな千葉紗子さん（声優・歌手）です！（笑）

歌手として、デビューのチャンスを貰って、とても嬉しいです。
このシングルを形にしてくれてた方々、ありがとう。
そしてファンと応援してくれているの皆さん、力をありがとう。

これからも歌でも日本語の勉強でも頑張りたいと思います！

因みにこの間秋葉原でのCDショップ3店にお邪魔しました。店の方々は大変親切ですね。どちらでもDisplayは凄くよかったです！ありがとうございます！！　ｍ（_ _)m

Good evening, HIMEKA here~
It's the opening of my new blog~~~

On March 24th, 2008, I flied from my hometown in the provice of Quebec in Canada and arrived in Japan with a Working Holiday Visa.
My native language is french, but I can also speak english (...*ahem* as you can see here). It was also the case in my previous blog, but the same here as well : I am typing these posts in japanese and english of my own hands and brain. I'd love to use french as well, but 2 languages is already making these posts extra long, so it's a bit difficult. There are more people who can read english than french so it's more convenient that way. (Je suis vraiment désolée pour les gens qui parlent français. J'espère que tout le monde se débrouille bien pour lire l'anglais!! )

I came to Japan with the hope to make a debut as a singer, searched for auditions, sent demotapes etc, and finally in the end of September last year, I won the All Japan Anison Grand Prix (Animax/J:COM). Because of that, I was able to make a debut singing the OP theme for the TV animation "Senjou no Valkyria (aka Valkyria Chronicles)". The CD has been released on May 27th!

It might sound like it was so easy, but of course it's been really tough.
When I was in Canada and since I came to Japan, I had to go through a lot of difficult situations, but despite all that, I didn't want to give up on my dream. I think there are a lot of people like me who have a dream, and to those people I'd like to say "Please don't give up. Keep believing in yourself".

Because of the help of a lot of people, I was able to make a debut in Japan, which I'm really grateful for.

All the people who are listening to "Asu e no Kizuna" and came to like it, thank you so much.
And to all the people who purchased the single, thank you so much.
I am also happy if people get to hear the coupling song (b-side/2nd track on the single), which is a cover song from an anime. I loved this anime, this song, this composer/lyricist Yuki Kajiura and the original singer (voice actress/singer) Saeko Chiba. (lol)

I'm so happy for having this chance to become a singer.
To all the people who helped this single take shape, thank you.
And to all the fans and supporters, thank you for giving me strength.

I will continue doing my best to sing and get better!
Your support is very much appreciated...

By the way, the other day I was introduced to the people in charge of 3 stores in Akihabara.
They were all very kind people. All the stores had such nice displays for my CD... I'm so thankful!! m(_ _)m *deep bow*

I'm not sure how the weather is in other countries at the moment, but summer is nearby and it's probably getting warm almost everywhere (...not in Australia though..lol!), but please be careful and take good care of yourselves. Good nutrition and vitamins are important too!!!
