The pride of Korea! The people's hero 'Hong Gil-Dong ' recreated in the new century. Through the achievements, the hero of the Korean history, Hong Gil-Dong would be reborn as a character is not just a local symbolic character but a symbol that will be loved by people of all ages.
A godsent hero, Hong Gil-Dong from Jangseong, fights to save the world with the unidentified 'Daegalmawang (devil)' group, through the philosophy of smiling that he received from the fortunate meeting with Tongdaldosa (spiritual teacher) and with the partner "Yedan" and beloved horse "Banbo (transformable robot).
The traditional 'Hyojason (hand of good son)' is the treasured weapon that the Gildong Club is proud of.
The courageous activity of Hong Gil-Dong and his friends shares with you some of the funny episodes from encountering Daegalmawang.
