PROPERTY FROM A CHINESE FAMILY COLLECTION
Acquired by the present collector in the 1960s
Compare with similar themes on a pair of kesi panels sold at Christie's London, 11 November 2003, lot 93. It is interesting to note the similarity of the fine and elaborate detailing of the garments rendered on the cited example and the present panels.
