U.S. Air Force Study Proposed 2009 Influenza Pandemic in 1996

On June 17, 1996, the U.S. Air Force released Air Force 2025, “a study designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future.” In the unclassified study, the College of Aerospace Doctrine, Research, and Education at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama posed several “fictional representations of future situations/scenarios” likely to arise.

In Chapter 5, the authors present a timeline figure representing “plausible history.” In 2009, according to the figure, influenza will kill 30 million people. “A similar influenza pandemic occurred in the past,” a footnote explains, making a reference to the influenza epidemic of 1918 and 1919, described as “one of the worst human catastrophes on record. It has been estimated that more than 20 million people around the world died during the epidemic, and of the 20 million people who suffered from the illness in the United States, approximately 850,000 died.”
“The influenza virus is unique among viruses in being able to undergo so much antigenic change that an antigenically novel virus can sweep around the world in a year or two, giving rise to significant morbidity and mortality,” another footnote states.
It is interesting to note that the source of the Air Force’s fictional pandemic is described as unknown and it is not “determined if the virus was a natural mutation or bioengineered. Many feared the latter.” (Emphasis added.)
Is it merely a coincidence the Pentagon would propose in 1996 a deadly flu pandemic for 2009 when live H5N1 avian flu viruses are discovered in vaccines produced by a Baxter International plant in Austria?
“The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun,” writes Paul Joseph Watson. “The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airborne, super deadly biological weapon” of the sort proposed in Air Force 2025.

Engdahl then suggests “that sections of the international pharmaceutical industry cartel are acting in concert with the US Government to develop a genetically modified H5N1 virus substance that could unleash a man-made pandemic.” He cites Rima E. Laibow, MD, head of the Natural Solutions Foundation, a citizen watchdog group monitoring the pharmaceutical industry, who states:
Our best intelligence estimate is that pandemic Avian Flu has already been created through genetic engineering in the United States, fusing the deadly genome of the 1918 Pandemic, misnamed the ‘Spanish Flu’, with the DNA of the innocuous H5N1 virus in a growth medium of human kidney cells, according to the National Institutes of Health and the vaccine’s manufacturer. Some virologists believe that this would insure that the man-made mutant virus recognizes human cells and knows how to invade them.
Finally, it should be noted that Walter E. Boomer, a retired former four-star General and Assistant Commandant of the United States Marine Corps, sits on the board of directors of Baxter International. Of course, this is not definitive evidence the military controls Baxter or is behind the “accidental” contamination of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses with the H5N1 virus at its laboratory in Austria. It is highly suspicious, however.
Baxter International has had a relationship with the military since 1941, when its blood-collection devices were the only ones that met the specifications of the U.S. Armed Forces.

A virus is a parasite looking foe a place to live. It doesn’t want to kill you but our immune system has such a violent reaction to H5N1 that death for the most part is exactly what happens.

This is correct. The strong will probably die the fastest. The virus kicks the immune system into a violent overdrive. I believe what occurs is called a “cytokine storm”. The reaction is particulary grave if it occurs in your lungs (I.e. from the flu), wherein you basically choke on your own pulmonary fluids.

BINGO, First it will be martial law….”Everyone stay home”, probably brought on by either civil unrest, a false flag attack, or both……….
then it will be report to ______ for mandatory vaccination and go home……This will bring in their “necessity” to disarm the citizens, lest they attempt to prevent forceful vaccination. The FEMA camps will be “Safe Havens” where one can get food and “Medical” attention. Surprisingly, the incinerators will be used to dispose of the bodies no matter where they die (at home or in the camps) It will be civilian labor that is used to go pick up bodies in private neighborhoods and send them for disposal. “Evacuations” from cities will become necessary to limit infection, and the displaced people will be herded into FEMA camps. It’s just one big killing machine. Our military has been sent overseas, so of course, outside assistance will be necessary and the UN will only be too happy to jump up and say “PICK ME”, so don’t look for any sympathy for your Constitutional Rights. THEY WONT CARE. Look at our southern border……Mexican troops are already massing along border cities for supposedly to maintain law and order due to the drug cartels’ use of “terrorism” as if the use of that word isn’t already dead around here.

The elite just love a deadly epidemic/pandemic, it clears away the surplus, so to speak. The “black” nobility enriched itself off the “black plague” epidemic. During WWII facts show that the masses died in a typhus epidemic and after the war the “state of Israel” took root. I’m now researching those who might have made a killing (pardon the pun) from the Spanish influenza epidemic resulting from VACCINES in 1918 (epidemic allowed to flourish by those in power).
Here is a segment re. Spanish Influenza epidemic you might find of interrest:
“The first World War was of a short duration, so the vaccine makers were unable to use up all their vaccines. As they were (and still are) in business for profit, they decided to sell it to the rest of the population. So they drummed up the largest vaccination campaign in U.S. history. There were no epidemics to justify it so they used other tricks. Their propaganda claimed the soldiers were coming home from foreign countries with all kinds of diseases and that everyone must have all the shots on the market.
The people believed them because, first of all, they wanted to believe their doctors, and second, the returning soldiers certainly had been sick. They didn’t know it was from doctor-made vaccine diseases, as the army doctors don’t tell them things like that. Many of the returned soldiers were disabled for life by these drug-induced diseases. Many were insane from postvaccinal encephalitis, but the doctors called it shell shock, even though many had never left American soil.
The conglomerate disease brought on by the many poison vaccines baffled the doctors, as they never had a vaccination spree before which used so many different vaccines. The new disease they had created had symptoms of all the diseases they had injected into the man. There was the high fever, extreme weakness, abdominal rash and intestinal disturbance characteristic of typhoid. The diphtheria vaccine caused lung congestion, chills and fever, swollen, sore throat clogged with the false membrane, and the choking suffocation because of difficulty in breathing followed by gasping and death, after which the body turned black from stagnant blood that had been deprived of oxygen in the suffocation stages. In early days they called it Black Death. The other vaccines cause their own reactions — paralysis, brain damage, lockjaw, etc.
When doctors had tried to suppress the symptoms of the typhoid with a stronger vaccine, it caused a worse form of typhoid which they named paratyphoid. But when they concocted a stronger and more dangerous vaccine to suppress that one, they created an even worse disease which they didn’t have a name for. What should they call it? They didn’t want to tell the people what it really was — their own Frankenstein monster which they had created with their vaccines and suppressive medicines. They wanted to direct the blame away from themselves, so they called it Spanish Influenza. It was certainly not of Spanish origin, and the Spanish people resented the implication that the world-wide scourge of that day should be blamed on them. But the name stuck and American medical doctors and vaccine makers were not suspected of the crime of this widespread devastation — the 1918 Flu Epidemic. It is only in recent years that researchers have been digging up the facts and laying the blame where it belongs.
Some of the soldiers may have been in Spain before coming home, but their diseases originated in their own home-based U.S. Army Camps. Our medical men still use that same dodge. When their own vaccines (required for travel) cause vaccine diseases abroad they use this as grounds for a scare campaign to stampede people into the vaccination centers. Do you remember the Hong Kong Flu and the Asian Flu and the London Flu scares? These were all medically-made epidemics mixed with the usual common colds which people have every year.”

Don’t get those shots and the vaccines for the avian flue (bio engineered flu) are most likely another killer and not a cure.

Avian Flu basically depletes the body of Vitamin C and causes scurvy and death.

okay, this is easy. Stock up on bulk Vitamin C crystals in loose powder form, also known as ascorbic acid (it’s cheap and readily available at Vitamin stores) and also stock up on plain old baking soda (not baking powder). To start, in a glass put about an inch of warm water. Now, using strict measuring… add a level teaspoon of Vitamin C crystals (ascorbic acid) and stir. Next add a level 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. There will be fizzing. Stir until the fizzing is done. When the chemical reaction is complete, you have just created sodium ascorbic acid in a concentrate form. Dilute it by filling the glass the rest of the way with warm water and drink. It is very alkaline and contains about 5 grams of vitamin C. Very powerful and stops any virus or bacterial infection. SAVE this info for later. You will need it.

I had a serious flu (sweats, chills, deathly feeling weakness, fever) a while back, but recovered within 24 hours. I took “alacer emergen-c” (powdered vitamin c packets). I took a packet or two every 2 hours for about 14 hours straight.

Got news for you - this isn’t some evil conspiracy. ALL vaccines are made this way. What the article failed to mention is that the H5N1 virus is in its weakened form. That’s what the scientists were engineering. The reason why they wanted to make sure it could invade human cells is because when the weakened virus invades a human cell, the cell will then create antibodies to fight against the virus because it has seen it before. In the advent that the REAL virus invades (which would be stronger than this weakend form), the body would already have the machinery to fight back.
That said, it is unfair to vilify Baxter. I work for them and I frankly can’t stand it there but the vaccine is created in the standard way that ALL vaccines are created.
The reason why the H5N1 virus (Avian flu) is in the vaccine is because the health authorities that year had informed the company that Avian flu was a problem that year. The irony is, like all other pharmaceutical companies, the weakened virus could not be incorporated into the vaccine till the following year when the virus was no longer a threat. That’s how flu vaccines work.

The site that the Air Force 2025 report is on (the first link in this article) is no good anymore, and the Archive.org doesn’t show anything for the site aside from a several year old version stating the contents are classified… However, Google’s cached copy still exists and has the entire site. The site is different, however, as it lacks Volume 5 entirely. The other volumes are still there, as PDF links which still function properly.

I am a resident of Vienna, Austria, and live in the 18th district, the location of Avir Green Hill Biotechnology, and I and other residents of the 18th district are now discussing taking legal action against Avir Green Hill Biotechnolgy, Baxter AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER for putting our lives directly at risk through our local court. After all, as residents of this the 18th, district, we would have been the first to be affected by any outbreak of pandemic flu from the premises of Avir Green Hill Biotechnology, whose staff had to be sent to hospital for a check up.

After reading the first paragraph, and seeng AF 2025, I knew where it had come from. I went out into the garage and rumaged through and old box and found the CD I made in 2000 of all the files hosted on toffler’s website. The job I had at that time compelled me to read and study such reports as this, especially about future geopoliitical trends, and how those trends could potentially shape the technological develeopments that my firm (employer at that time) would need to endevour upon to maintain market leadership in our industry. The best way to survive the H5N1 pandemic is to not get it. Right now the mortality rate is really high, like 85% of infected people die in two days. Ironicly, when the survivability rate increases we will have our pandemic. Right now, the virus kills so fast it doesn’t have the time to make the necessary genetic changes to adapt to the human body. It kills the host and dies with them.
With more human exposure it will get smarter, so to speak. But, it is not actually the virus that kills us, but rather our own immune systems violent reaction to it. The “Spanish flue” epidemic of 1918-1919 was damned near just like the H5N1.
In 1918 most people lived spread out across the nation. They had water supplies and didn’t need electricity, or the complex infrastructure we rely on today. In short, an outbreak of Bird flue now, would be an unmitigated disaster.
The infrastructure would completely collapse. There would be far more death from that than from the flue. In two weeks America would use up the supply of caskets. People would stay home and not go to work or school for fear of caching it from others. And they would be the smart ones.
You have to get set up to be able to stay at home for at least 10 days. Don’t go outside or anything. The virus will come in, infect, and do it’s thing. In three or four days everyone who got it will be dead or recovering. Play it safe and stay inside for a few more days. The virus will go around the world in waves for a few years until it is played out.
These sorts of pandemics come around every 90 to 100 years. This will be the first one to feast on over six billion people, who in a few hours can get on an airplane and be on the other side of the planet. It will truly be a disaster with out president. I say, WILL, not Maybe. It’s just a matter of time.

Just grow dandelions, garlic and onions…eat them all raw or lightly steamed…
Anytime I feel bad, I take a whole clove of garlic and slice it up into small pieces and put them on the back of my tongue and swallow like pills. You can do one or two cloves.

The best way for all of this to happen is the way we are being sprayed on a daily basis with “Chemtrails”. If the Barium, ethylene bromide or aluminum oxide dosen’t kill us, the flu virus they will spew definately will. Type in “chemtrails” in any search engine and be prepared to be astonished. Wake up America! I wouldn’t be surprised if this post does not appear. After all, why does the Gov’t deny this is happening?

So, my take is that the global elite will be vaccinated to protect them from the viral pandemic, and the viral particles will be unleashed via “contrails”. I’m starting to wonder if all of these trails we are seeing are somewhat harmless but are there simply to get everyone used to seeing them so they will not be suspect when they finally lay down the bio bomb.
Isn’t there an easier way of population control?

I have an urgent message for infowars, more important than any message you can
hear. God is Holy and cannot accept sin. Why are there famine, disasters,
death, etc in the world? Mans REBELLION against God! God wrote the law on each
man’s heart so they are without excuse on judgment day when we will ALL stand
before Christ. I plead with you because God wants me to show you the truth in
love! All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God(Romans 3:23). The
penalty of sin is death and eternal punishment in the LAKE OF FIRE. You are
dead in your sins and headed for hell which is described in the Word as a FIRE
THAT QUENCHES NOT. It is a horrible and terrible place of torment that people
will go because of their sins. But God has provided a way for each to escape
the lake of fire. “For God so loved the world, He sent his only Begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life”
John 3:16. Jesus suffered a horrible death and rose again 3 days later to take
the penalty of YOUR sins! He loved you so much that He provided a way for man
to escape the lake of fire! All you must do to be saved is BELIEVE in Him(trust
in Him to save you). That is it! No works or anything you do can save you! May
God open your eyes, that one day I may see you in heaven. Read the Word of
God(I recommend the King James version) before rejecting it! Death is fleeting.
You may NOT have tomorrow! For death comes when we least expect it! Make sure
you are saved TODAY! The Bible condemns the rich, the wealthy, those who take
advantage of the poor, so it CANNOT have been made up by the elite. Because the
Word clearly CONDEMNS people such as those! Read the Word for yourself and see
that the claims are true!!!
I am a Christian, and STILL struggle with sin. Many so called Christians are
arrogant and hypocritical and think they have it all together. It is my desire
to do RIGHT as a Christian but will falter just like anyone else.
