Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Wireshark, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the PCNFSD dissector and can be exploited to cause a crash via a specially crafted PCNFSD packet.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 0.8.20 through 1.0.7.
