MA WAN (14TH CENTURY)
Winter Forest
Hanging scroll, ink on paper
80.5 x 29.7 cm. (31 3/4 x 11 5/8 in.)
Inscribed and signed, with two seals of the artist
Dated autumn, seventh month, second year of the Zhizheng era (1342)
Further inscribed by Emperor Qianlong (reigned 1736-1796), dated spring, wuyin year (1758)
Thirteen collectors' seals including three of Liang Qingbiao (1620-1691) and eight of Emperor Qianlong


元 馬琬 蒼山寒林 水墨紙本 立軸 一三四二年作
款識：至正二年 (1342年) 秋七月寫於書梅堂中。 馬琬文璧。
鈐印：魯鈍生、馬琬文璧之章
乾隆題：石橋好是隔紅塵，古樹槎枒澗水濱。 肯向世間留姓氏，白衣祗合號山人。 戊寅 (1758年) 小春御題。
藏印：梁清標 (1620-1691)：蕉林居士、蒼巖、觀其大略
乾隆 (1711-1799)：三希堂精鑑璽、宜子孫、 乾隆御覽之寶、乾隆鑑賞、 石渠寶笈、賜本、幾暇怡情、 乾隆宸翰
其他：高文洛曾孫涵珍藏、清白傳家
