As a glazier for thirty years, I' ve driven glass trucks many times. The one thing I always made sure of was that my load was secure. We've had guys lose frames, glass and window screens. Luckily nobody was killed. I've always told people to check your loads and always use two ropes, but as always people are too lazy. This guy should be looking at a wrongful death lawsuit. This was no accident, it was failure to secure his load.

TOO MANY WOMEN CRASH BY OVER-CORRECTING. MOST AREN'T QUALIFIED TO HANDLE A VEHICLE CAPABLE OF ROLLING OVER----SHOULD STICK WITH LOW PROFILE AUTOS----MOST WOMEN ARE NOT AS MECHANICALLY INCLINED OR HAVE THE MOTOR SKILLS AS MOST MEN, THEREFORE GENERALLY DO NOT MAKE GOOD BUS, VAN, SUV, OR TRUCK DRIVERS. THE BOAT-CHAIR OWNER IS LARGELY RESPONSIBLE, BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN A DEER, BEAR, DOG, ECT. TRY TURNING A CORVETTE OVER------VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I USE THE VETTE AS AN EXAMPLE--THERE ARE OTHER CHOICES. ULTIMATELY, OVER-CORRECTION IS DRIVER ERROR. VERY SAD DEAL, SORRY FOR THE LOSS----BUT THESE ARE THE FACTS.
