It's also partially because of the haircut, but basically I used a straight iron and curled it randomly. At the crown I did make curls going away from the scalp for more volume (a la himegyaru style).

The haircut itself is a graduated bob with shorter layers at the back/crown/sides.

The hair color, I took from a extremely cool light blonde to a light ash brown that still needs to fade some. :D
