Question Nethood Folder

Everytime I open or close a program I get an error message saying "Nethood is a required windows folder and cannot be deleted." I've scanned with numerous antiviruses and they've found nothing. I've also scanned with Adaware and Spybot with no results. Please help.

Does the Nethood directory exist? What OS are you running?

xflat, share with me what you know here. What made you think that CWShredder can help. (I'm not saying it can't. I just want to learn whatever it is that you know about this one. )
