6) Ask Google for Help

It may not be omniscient yet, but Google is getting there. In addition to entering keywords that bring up all kinds of results, you can also ask some specific questions. Want to know what time it is in Moscow? Type "time Moscow" for the answer. Can't remember how many ounces are in a quart? Enter "1 quart in ounces" to find out it's 32. You can also use modifying words to narrow a search. Looking for Switched articles about Blu-ray players? Type "blu-ray player site:switched.com" to get them.
