St Johnstone edged closer to the First Division title with a win over fierce local rivals Dundee.

The Perth side are now four points clear of Partick Thistle at the top, with two matches remaining.

The decisive goal came after just two minutes when former Dundee favourite Steven Milne ran in to convert a cross from Gary Irvine.

Dundee's task was made all the harder when Mickael Antoine-Curier was sent off for elbowing Martin Hardie.
