Biggest Tech No-Nos 17
Facebook apps -- too many of them
As many Facebookers can agree, constant invitations -- whether to play some weird game or to add a random application -- are almost always unwelcome. Stop with the invites and be careful of what you sign up for; many applications can automatically send invites and post spam, all without your knowledge. Sure, it might all seem like fun and games, but, for most of us, it's clutter.

Talking loud in general, like on a bus. I seriously don't need to hear you when your up front and I'm in the back at 8:30 am

Saddest breach of manners I ever saw was a spouse who yacked on her cell phone throughout her attendance at her husband's company sponsored retirement dinner. The guy put in his 20 plus years and she could not spare 20 minutes to acknowledge his achievements. No, she was not talking to the State Department, just some chums who needed to know what the weather was and details of some hobby crafts projects. Yeah, it was in speakerfone mode, or as I call it, the "hear both jackasses mode"

You forgot the most annoying of all the tech no-no's, posting an article over 17 pages when the content would easily have fit onto one.

I specifically looked for a comment board so that I could say the same thing.

The thing *I* really hate is a list of 17 items that is over 17 pages, ensuring the maximum ad views possible. That's a huge tech n0-no and a surefire way to get your site labeled "Douchebaggery"

I agree 100% with "nobody" and "Jeremy D." While I do agree with much of the articles content and the authors valid points, Do we really need a page for each "No-No".
Is this a blogpost or a fricken book? The nice thing about Web pages is that you have more than 8 1/2 x 11 1/2 of space to work with. Although the scroll bar can be a pain at times, it is much easier than clicking Next after every 4 lines of content.
Suggestion to Author:
One Topic...One Page! If you are tracking "clicks", do you have anyone clicking the "Start Over" button at the end?...Really was it a game, what exactly am I starting over?
