Girls on top giving guys rough ride
Much to the disgust of most women, for loads of young guys part of the appeal of sex is being able to brag about conquests when getting together with a group of buddies.
But now Japan's women have cast off their reputation for being demure little wallflowers and are taking the upper hand when it comes to matters carnal.
And they're every bit as likely as the guys to boast of their bedroom triumphs, according to Spa! (12/23).
"I like guys who're prepared to let me take the lead when it comes to sex. In fact, it's probably better to say that I make sure I do things that'll make him want to let me do whatever I like to him," Ayane Fujita, a 26-year-old cafe employee, tells Spa! "I lost my virginity at 19. It was a bit later than most people I knew. My boyfriend at the time had a real tendency to play around, which gave me hell. Ever since, I suppose I've looked for guys who'll do what I tell them to."
Ayane advocates women taking charge.
"I always tell my friends that it's better to say 'I did him,' than 'he did me.' Sex is no fun when you only do what the guy wants. When I hear a friend say she's be done, it really riles me even though it's got nothing to do with me personally," she says, adding that her preferred partners are younger men she likes to tease.
Ayane's friends idolize her for the way younger guys cling to her, but she insists that conditions she places on her partners prevent her from becoming nothing more than a sex object.
"Any guy I meet that I wouldn't mind making my boyfriend I put through what I call a 'trial bedding.' I'll probably kiss him and do enough to realize that he's risen to the occasion, but definitely won't let him go all the way," she tells Spa! "If he can't stand that, I'll do him once and never see him again, but if he can put up with the first night of nothing, I'll give him some really wonderful service every time after that."
Where Ayane keeps younger guys on a string and lets everybody know about it, 25-year-old Miki Yoshioka prefers to dabble in dapper, mature types following her initiation during her schooldays at the hands of a doctor almost three times her age and a swathe of men once she hit Tokyo for university.
"It's a bit hard nowadays, but I had all the energy in the world when I was a student and must have gone through about 100 guys. I worked part-time as a hostess in a Ginza nightclub and all the guys I was with were important men in top companies. I was even a lover for a top foodstuffs company executive on one of his overseas trips," Miki tells Spa! "I've done it everywhere -- on bullet trains, in a hotel lobby in the middle of the night."
Miki now works at a brokerage where, incidentally, one of her bosses was a lover during her student days.
"I didn't get the job because of him, but I know all about his abnormal tastes, like forcing me to go without panties every time I met him, choking me during the middle of our sex. He even tried to make me wear only a dog collar while running a lap naked around the hotel where we were staying, but I wouldn't go that far," she says, adding that there are times when she will go that far, and further if need be. "I always used to get invites to take part in orgies held by a temporary employment agency. It was supposed to be six on six, but the old guys always used to head straight for me. 'In for a sheep, in for a lamb' I thought, and took on all six."
Like Ayane, whose friends looked up to her for her ability to woo younger guys, Miki is also admired by those around her for her productive promiscuity with older men.
"It's not like I'm having sex for money, so I don't think I've got anything to hide," Miki tells Spa! "I'm fairly strong and say what's on my mind, so the only guys interested in me are the older types who like to spoil me."
