Clearing your Temporary Internet files folder
To empty your Temporary Internet files folder, goto Tools, Internet Options... and click the Delete Files button.
If you just want to delete a few sites you've been to, start Windows Explorer and look for your Temporary Internet files folder, usually c:\windows\Temporary Internet Files\ and delete them manually.
