This is really quite simple actually.
1. extract the files to any directory, then go to the Nez Mod 1.10 folder.
2. Open the folder, and double Click "Nez Mod 1.10"
3. Here you will see a file named Patch_D2.mpq.
4. copy Patch_d2.mpq to the directory your installing nez mod to.
*Example* C:\program files\diablo II *Example*
it should prompt you to overwrite. click "copy and replace" (for vista users)
or "yes" (for windows xp users)
and that's all there is to it =) start the game, connect to d2maniacs, choose the Nez mod realm and away you go =)
Edit by Sunny: you can change the realm, upper right corner in Char selection screen.
