The fifth DVD of loli of the three kingdoms anime Koihime Musou includes some of the most (formerly) steamy episodes to date; naturally, oppai are visible in abundance, unprecedented abundance in fact.
So much so that even the chibi character sequences in the included TV version have received nipples. Delightful.

The news that the “Haruhi TV Anime” was set to air in April, thought by all to be either the long awaited second series or an almost unbelievably perverse marketing stunt, in fact does turn out to be a carefully worded piece of deception: it refers only to a rerun of the previously aired first season of Haruhi
Fans are predictably outraged, though it remains to be seen whether they will finally abandon the series, or will merely grumble and obediently commence purchasing should a new series actually emerge.

This interesting Nico video shows a mysterious man in a hockey mask carving (chainsawing ?) a wooden replica of Kannagi’s Nagi-sama, or more specifically the wooden statute Jin carved of the second-hand goddess from which she sprang back to life.

The latest consumer good to receive an upgrade via the otaku fine art of ita-fication is modern Japan’s favorite foreign dish, curry. Toradora, ef: a tale of melodies, Musubi of Sekirei and even dear Nagisa-chan of Clannad have received their own ita-curry products, catered specifically for otaku culinary taste.
Eroge illustrator Aoi Nishimata (Shuffle!), the same artist whose moe ita-rice became a huge marketing coup for a small town last year, has also lent her talents to the creation of moe curry, illustrating the cover art for the farming region’s brand of beef curry with the above image of a moe kimono-clad woman.
Apparently, the growing reach of Akiba (and moe) knows few boundaries.

The first entry in Kotobukiya’s trio of Kannagi figures, Nagi-sama in nekomimi cosplay, has just been released. As always, the main difference between the pre-release official photos and the review photos shown below is that the latter is much less shy in exploring the figure’s important bits.
See our earlier coverage on the Nagi-sama / Zange-chan figures here, or perhaps the oft ignored Tsugumi’s inumimi figure here…
