about Kitune Akimoto Born in Japan in 1968. Lives and works in Japan.Akimoto is a recognized CG Animation artist. Kitune worked under Hirasawa Susumu of a techno pop band "P-Model" in the late 80s. He began his career as a CG artist in the early 90s. He first attracted attention for the CG in the "Ugo Ugo Lhuga," a kid's television program series on Fuji Television from 1992 to 1994.He made the computer game software "Segare Ijiri" ('twinkie play') in 1999 and his original design and the unique world he created was highly esteemed. Kitune has also been active in the world of music since 1994 when he formed a mixed-media band "Hz".Their activities include live performances that combine visual media and music."nolabit" to produce the illustration and animation for children is formed in 2003. New unit "GiraPhant" is formed in 2008, and music and the image are produced. |
