Bobby Linn's bizarre winner against Stenhousemuir ensured East Fife a place in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup.
It had been a dismal affair on Stenny's artificial pitch between the Third Division leaders and Second Division Fifers, with the elements the winner.
But Linn broke the deadlock after 84 minutes when his corner crossed the line off the back post.
The home team could have taken an early lead when Kevin Motion's shot struck the outside of the post.
