Background Information |
Governing Law: Official public holidays in the Cook Islands are observed on the days prescribed by the Public Holidays Act 1999, as clarified by a notice released by the Prime Minister's Office on December 8, 2003.
Where a public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the holiday shall be observed on the following Monday.
