20 Feb 2008 (The Nation News) The Government of Barbados has declared tomorrow, February 21st to be the official "Rihanna Day". Where a designated Public Holiday falls on a Sunday, the day after will be celebrated. • However, Emancipation Day, in Barbados, is fixed on August 1, and will only be moved uder very specific conditions.
