banned from Second Life for not obeying the
Terms of Service.

little rant here.... Mina this is just plain
wrong!
The problem these days with SL is that the
community has really gone to the shit
(generalisation) but it really has... I am a
member of a few other communities not SL
style but art and creative communities and
the people are helpful,respectful and caring.
SL design community seems to be about one
thing stealing other peoples ideas and
products for personal wealth... again a
generalisation of course... GREAT examples of
of original artists in here are MINA and NOAM
who both work really hard to make original
content so not all is lost.
People are complaining about a slowing SL
economy etc... I have an idea lets start
being pleasant to each other and respect each
others work.
Ok rant over.. I could type forever on this
lol

terms 'unauthorized' and 'derivative works'.
Oh and while you're at it, look up the words
'clean' and 'conscience' as well. I realize
you may have parted ways with yours a while
ago but you can always try to reacquaint
yourself with it.

if you like to make skins - learn it. do it
from zero to 100% your work! than you can
open a shop and delvolpmenting in it.
it doesnt matter if other persons do this
hole time ..thats no excusement to be part of

if ppl using 3d-packs (stocks) for their
skins than they must be realy made sure that
they got the right for it - to use it
commercial! who doesnt following rules will
be get problem - normal way. no excuse. everybody can reading copyright
rules .. for stocks, for 3d packs and so on.
beside this its easy to see.. minajunk skins
are handdrawn. and excuse me .. its not your
first time you took her skins for your
"own work"? how many times you like

studied beyond 3rd forms? Nothing is perfect,
not a grid,not rl even.The whole point is
that responding to comments about your lack
of ethical conduct (think TOS), is a way to
constructively air grievances and possible
solutions to right a wrong. We do not buy
designer clothing in rl and reconstruct
it;neither should we do so with creations in
sl. To do so is a serious representation of
lack of conscience and upbringing. If you
wish to run an ethical business on the grid,
there are many free classes and tutorials
which will teach you how to create and sell
from scratch.Whatever free or full perm
content you use to create a base reverts to
your ownership. To use a base already created
on by another or to alter it in any way, is
flat out stealing and speaks volumes about
your character in sl and rl.

Anyways from what I've read so far, Sara why
did you take the skins down then if you are
the original maker of them.
Most skin makers I know wouldn't of taken
them down if you did make them, but you do
seem very defensive in a lot of ways about
this.

I think it's clear to everyone but Sara that
she's being obnoxious and that she's in the
wrong here. As Winter already said, probably
the best thing for us to do is let her keep
ranting and raving. The more people see what
a liar and a thief she is, the fewer her
sales will be.
And Sara, just because you are not able to
create the whole skin (you can just modify
one that already exists) doesn't mean that
Mina isn't able to. She's the real artist
