The PLDT Budget Card is a Prepaid Overseas Calling Card, which allows PLDT subscribers nationwide to make overseas calls to 89 Destinations worldwide at the lowest per minute rate of 18 US cents. The new PLDT Budget Card offers flexibility to use the service in two denominations: P100 and P200 from any PLDT postpaid phone and payphones, nationwide.
