Pros: Unbeatable PriceEasy MenuRuns every romWifi worksMicroSD reader includedCompatible with MicroSDHC
Cons: The microSD card MAY stick out a bit (This only occurs in 1 out of the 5 I ordered). You have to search for the menu because the DSTT site is extremely slow.
Other Thoughts: Even though all 5 of them have the gold dot (people say it's a fake version), they work perfectly and I wouldn't doubt about ordering more. Both the 1GB and 2GB kingston cards work perfectly with these.
Bottomline: A cheap card with the functionality of the expensive ones.
Pros: - Not a bad card, firmware was easy enough to use once I found it and got it installed - Runs pretty much everything and smoothly, even DS Download games - Decent quality construction, no chips sticking out or bulging casing. - Free MiniSD card reader
Cons: - Card fits somewhat imperfectly in slot1, rarely causing it to lose contact and freeze. Does not happen often, but when it does, it's frustrating. - Firmware did not come in the box and no instructions were given on what to do. It's simple enough to find, download and install but for a first time user this was frustrating. - SD card can often require reinsertion to get it aligned properly if it's clicked in on a slight angle (this happens quite often when replacing it in the slot). It will not slip out once it's in correctly, though. - Annoying inability to organize ROMs by anything other than the date they're put on the card
Bottomline: Worth it for what it costs, a few minor issues don't keep it from being a good deal.
Pros: Homebrew worksGames work fineNo hardware problems yetWifi works
Cons: A bit snug in my DS so it is hard to get out.May be a fake since it has some markings of a fake.My micro SD card sits about a milimeter in it so that is also hard to get out
Other Thoughts: There has been a scare that some of the newer DSTT cards are fake. Even if the firmware runs on them after some time the card may not function. Be wary of this when you buy a DSTT.
Bottomline: I would recommend this card for someone who just wants to play games on there DS and doesn't want other features. I got mine to play DS games and it plays them well.
Pros: - Works as described. - Tested with 2 gig micro sd and it works well.- Tested with V1.15 of DSTT menu, works well. - Tested with 3 in 1 expansion pack, works well.
Cons: - Stiff fit into the DS slot. Not a good build quality.- MicroSD card does NOT sit flush into the DSTT. The MicroSD card sticks out a little bit.- No software, you have to D/L it online.
Other Thoughts: This card comes with the gold dot in the microsd slot. I also have a DSTT without a gold dot, and there is a clear visual difference, the plastic card does not "feel" the same as the other DSTT.However, the two cards perform EXACTLY the same. So far I have not had any issues with any either card.
Bottomline: Cheap.I bought my other DSTT from another source and the price was x2.For this cheaper DSTT I have this one with a gold dot, and the micro sd card stick out. I dont know if what people say about it being fake is true or not. The packaging material look identical and the card works.
