　　私は、警察官になる前に外科や内科病院と
薬局と経営しているところに働いた経験があります。

何処の病院でも医師と看護婦とは、仲で男女関係の
問題が多い。
本妻と揉めている病院は何処にでもある話。
それが原因で離婚訴訟の裁判沙汰になっている医師は、
今でも多い。
　
　個人病院は、このような問題でも金に物を言わせて
看護婦が泣き寝入りで終わる。
公的な市立病院や国立病院などの医師となると
看護婦に対する人事権がある。
医師にある程度関係があることからか、その医師と
看護婦が肉体関係を持っている有利。
看護婦の重大な安定した職場を確保する材料。

現在は、看護師になって男も多くなり、医師と
看護婦時代と少し違ってきた。

意地悪したり業と間違いを起させる。
指導注意することなく放置して措いて間違わせてて陥れ
職場から外させる。

　私か、探偵調査業を始めて札幌国立ガンセンターの

犬猫である。
人間でも同じ、歳を取れば排便や排尿の時間的な決まりが無くなる。 　
勝手で踏ん張る時に勝手に出る。
人間には、それを誤魔化して隠せる「オムツ」がある。
犬猫に「オムツ」をさせる訳にいかない。
一匹の犬でも一日、二日不在にしていたら糞尿だらけ。
それでもウンコが多くて4個所程度で溜まるはずである。

　例えば、我が保護施設の一軒屋の中で、6畳間の部屋に、犬が
五匹を保護した時の場合。
一日一回の掃除に、ボランティア協力者が、世話に来た場合、
○一匹の犬が、一日二回のウンコを、二箇所とした場合。
○五匹ならば、一日に、十箇所になる。
犬達が一度に排便はしない。
その犬達の中の数匹が、
○六ヵ所にウンコをしてたので片付けて掃除し帰った。
○残りの四ヶ所分は。掃除の後でされる。
●この四ヶ所のウンコは、次の日の掃除まで残る。
○翌日、掃除のボランティア協力者の来る前に、二匹が朝、
ウンコする。
◎合計、六ヶ所のウンコが部屋に散乱し残る。
つまり、犬猫の保護施設の部屋へ24時間付き添って居れば、何時も
綺麗することが可能。
　従って、ウンコの無い時間帯は、掃除終わった数分から始まる。
人間も犬猫も同じ、食べたあとは直ぐ排便が普通である。
そこで犬猫保護施設の綺麗や汚いは、ボランティア協力者の人達数で
決まるのだ。
◎一日に何回時間帯を変えて掃除に来るかで決定される。
今回の事件は、
　その一部の時間帯に、勝手に保護施設へ入って写真を撮っての
誹謗中傷を騒ぎだ　!!　
それを録画し集めて、テレビ撮影したり業と水やエサまで投げ捨てた上で
撮影編集したのだ。
「ニャンコ先生の虐待保護」と騒ぎ立てた。
　それでなければ、テレビ局は面白味が無いのだった。

　人間の介護は、看護師や介護士が雇われて国の補助金を受け
全てが有料である。
病院や老人施設のボランティアを募集しても無償のボランティア者は
極一部の者。
犬猫施設のボランティア募集と同じで人が足り無いのは両方同じである。
入院している母親の場合には、その「オムツ」交換時間が長いので
一日4回程度で排尿排便時間。
　私が朝昼夜と一日ビッチリ介護して直ぐ交換してからは、酷くお尻が
被れて割れたのが治った。
犬猫の場合には、「オムツ」という隠す物が無い。
床に敷いてある新聞が汚れ状態を見て、その排尿や排便の上には座らない。
古新聞の消費量も大変で、24時間完全の監視し始末し世話する施設など無い。
管理センターや保健所も夜間から早朝には、ウンコが散乱している。
それを無くす為に、掃除の係官はいちいち対応はしない。
その「ウンコ」の量を少なくするのに犬猫へは、食事を与えないから量も少ない。
「虐待」してガスで殺していたのだった。
　それを書きたてたら逆に、管理センターの者に叩かれた。
そして、それを基に「遠くのご隠居」やら皆さんが指摘し騒ぎ立てたのだ。

一般家庭で飼養している犬猫の場合は、
室内に臭うので直ぐ始末するので常に綺麗なのは当り前のことである。
一匹を大切に飼い「家の犬は完璧に飼養している。」と自慢する。
我々の犬猫保護施設に関して、ウンコの散々放題と意見を投稿して来ている。
　今、各病院でも介護士や看護師不足で参っているが現状である。
患者のウンコは、オムツをするので見えない。
病院患者も老人ホームの施設の入居者も皆さん、オムツ交換まで
ウンコだらけで見えないだけだ!!
　これを、指摘する人は、誰もいない。
これが日本人の特長で、自らの手を貸す事はしないが批判や批評はする。
　自らの手を貸すようなボランティア精神は無く、全部の国民性自体が
総括的に欠けているのだ。

例えば、
国際的な災害被災国への「国際医師支援団体」人員は、最低の8人
から10人程度の日本人。
　「支援金は出すが、自らの手は貸さない。」と批判されている理由である。
　「その手が足りないならば巳からがすこしでも助けよう。」などとは、
全く考えられない人種なのである。
ご立派な批評批判家の民族集団で理想論を並べ立て主張する。
自分で「飼えなくなったから犬猫を引きとつて欲しい。」と頼んで来た人間。
飲み歩く暇が有っても預けた犬の散歩や猫の世話には絶対に
手を貸しする気も無い。
ポイ捨てゴミと同じに犬猫を預けて消える、我々は関係ありませんと
最低民族である。
それを返すから引取れと電話すると「エサの金よこせと脅された。」と居直る。
何年も預けても一円の支援金も送金する人がいない。
「里親さんが見つかるまでお願いします。」
　　　　「必ず、支援金やエサを送ります。」
と言い、預けた犬猫と泣きながら別れて立ち去る。
○人間の場合は、病院も老人施設でも全て、何でも
承諾書を書せて対応している。
●病院や老人ホームに、自宅治療や自宅介護が可能なのに
放棄し預けっ放しで知らん振りだ。
●何か事故が起きると直ぐ損害賠償請求し「金儲け。」に変身する。
　こんなように犬猫も老人も同じ扱いしている家族が多い。
◎自宅で家族全員で介護され余生を生きるのがボケないコツだ!!。
◎身寄り無い老人以外は、病院や老人施設へ長期に老人を措くな!!。
◎昔の家族制度のように三世帯も同居家族に国からの
支援をして自宅介護を勧めます!!

　こいつ、完璧に犬猫の命を食いちらしてますね。
コップ一杯の酒が有れば安い餌なら猫が10日生
きられるだけの固形

犬猫を保護を大々的に掲げてご支援集めをした
金で、それが自分で汗したお金なら多少は許される
と思うけど
電気代が払えません、水道代が払えません、
電話代がはらえません、皆様ご支援をで集めたお金
を自分の飲み食いに使うとは
川窪、お前は生きる価値無し、お前と同じ空気を
吸っていると思うと吐き気がする。

糖尿病で失明し、手足末端懐死し、肺炎か治癒不能

　※　このように、全く無関係な荻谷昭夫が我家の遺産相続に関して干渉する理由は、私の妹夫婦(元、警察官) が雇い、ニャンコ先生の家の犬猫保護施設を利用し損壊破綻させた上、警護や探偵業の職業を奪い去り債務を負わせて生活保護などの非禁治産者へ追い込む為の工作陰謀であることが判った。

　父親や母親に対して、「多額の負債で財産を息子に取られることになるから、私達が面倒見るから全財産を渡せ。」と騙して預金など奪い盗り監視し一切の私との連絡をさせなかったものであった。

　自分らの行為を正当化させるために間接的に荻谷を利用して犬猫保護と全く無関係な遺産相続問題までネットで代弁し叩いているのである。

　<<娘の武田夫婦が親から強奪した金銭的な内容>>

*母親からは、
　ア、平成2年2月17日から18日深夜、山形市松山2丁目4-3自宅で糖尿病が悪化して
　倒れた当日の就寝中に妹　武田○○○が襲い枕元の黒い手提げカバンを母親を
　　叩いて強奪した。
　　　その中には、土地、山林の権利書と自宅建物やアパート建物の権利書、現金、
　　　富士銀行山形支店の定期、普通通帳に殖産相互銀行の定期、普通通帳など、全
　　財産が入っていた。
　　　土地に関しては、勝手に仮登記していたが母親の後見人弁護士が外した。　
　イ、「千歳ハイツ」のアパート家賃収入を平成2年以降平成18年までの全て搾取して
　　いた。
　ウ、実家に置いて有った拓殖相互銀行の株券や実家建物の領収書など証拠となる
　　　物などを盗んでいた。　

*父親からは、
　ア、住民票を勝手に移動し扶養していたように夫　武田○が偽装し扶養手当や軍人
　　恩給や年金など全て搾取していた。
　イ、「亨君は多額の借金して連絡着かないし行方不明で帰らない。」と言い、更に「世
　　話して貰いたいなら全財産を渡せ。」と公証人で口答遺言させて騙し、預金3100万円を
　　搾取した。
　ウ、老人施設に入居させて措き、実家から東北電力株券や金銭的な価値の有る物
　　　を全て略奪した。　
　エ、父親の葬儀での玉串料や花代などの収益から約100万円以上を搾取していた
　　　ことが判明した。

　　父親の通帳発見から新事実が発覚!!
　　　　父親は、平成13年暮まで実家で生活していたのだった!!
　　　　母親が帯広から戻った後、一緒に監禁断食されことで

　　　　　娘に殺されると感じて嘘の遺言書作成したか?　　
父親の預金通帳が発見された。
その内容から、妹が裁判所に対して
「平成3年ころから母親と一緒に父親も中桜田の自宅に来て生活していたので、私達が世話していた。」と報告書で証言していた。
　しかし、私が平成5年に実家に立寄った時や平成8年頃に事務所を山形へ移動した時に父親は、実家に居た。
　その証拠が無かったが父親の預金通帳から生活していた事実が明らかになった。
　その通帳の画像である。
　このX字のとおり父親は、既に認知症の特徴である湾曲した字体での記載が表紙に書かれていた。
　従って、何よりも母親と監禁断食されるまでは、自分で通帳を管理していた証拠である。

電気、水道、ガスが通帳から自動引き落しされているし、定額の年金が振り込まれていた。
一般家庭で使用している電気や水道ガスの料金であることから、自炊して生活していた証拠である。
　私が実家で最後に見た時にも、御飯を炊飯器で炊いていたのを確認している。
　しかし、その証明方法が無かったが
この通帳の発見から明確になった。
　妹夫婦は、父親や母親に対して食事など一切しない性格で、全て外食か出前を取ったり業者を頼んでいたと母親も証言している。

監禁場所であった「離れ。」の実態
中桜田二丁目13-○○に位置する左手前の次の
建物で平屋である。
その監禁場所であった「離れ。」の建物は、
妹夫婦の自宅に向かって左手前に建ててあった。
　その奥に二階建ての妹の自宅がある。

　私が平成13年12月に姉と調査に来た時には
既に、「離れ。」と妹の自宅が繋がって
改装されていた。
　この画像は、私の実家の千歳山方向から撮影した
もので北東側から建物を撮影したものである。
　　従って、
最初から母親を騙して乗っ取るつもりで買わせた土地に
「離れ。」を建てたものである。
坪数も二個分の広さで庭が他の家より広い。
妹の自宅の正面玄関は、白い乗用車の奥から
急な階段を登って自宅玄関に入る配置である。
　そして監禁場所の「離れ。」は、その急な階段を登って
突き当たった場所に玄関を設けてある。
　従って、必ず自宅の前を通過しなければ出られないように
監視できるように設計されている。
　妹の自宅建物を北側から見た状態で周囲は、高さのある
塀で囲まれて逃走できないようになっていた。
　「離れ。」と自宅の間に裏手玄関が有る。
その裏玄関から車庫へ降りる急な階段は狭く
年寄りでは手摺も無く危険な状態であった。
　そして逃走をされないようにコンクリートで囲い高さの高い
扉が施行されている。
　当然、そこの扉には頑丈な鍵が掛けられていた。

　この左の壁側は、隣りの階段になっている。
　一見、見ると「離れ。」の階段に見えるが別で隣りの
建物へ入る階段である。
　手前の車両は、隣りの車両で関係無い。
　妹の普段乗っている乗用車以外に、
夫の○が乗っている乗用車で何度か新車を替え
買っている。
平成5年には、小型の新車で買ったばかりの車であったのに
平成13年には、また別の新車を乗っていた。
そして、この新車も父親を騙して取り上げた預金通帳から買った
新車と思慮される。
　玄関正面に車両が駐車されている。
他の家から自宅への出入りが一切見えないように考えられていた。
　当然、逃走防止だけの造りなので車椅子などの
配慮は全くされていない。
監禁場所の「離れ。」は、見られないように庭に立ち木を植えて
隠している。
　母親や父親が通行人への「助け。」を呼ぶのを防止する為に
全体の建物を車庫で高くして構築している。
　「離れ。」の周囲は、すべて高いフエンスで囲まれている。
