<p class="style8">弊社子会社　株式会社MCプレス発行の雑誌４誌の廃刊、並びに同社の解散について、下記の通りお知らせいたしますとともに、多大なるご迷惑、ご心配をおかけしましたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。 </p>

<p class="style8">1.内容 <br>
MCプレス社発行のプロのモデルで構成した男性向けグラビア誌において、不適切な場所における撮影、及び不謹慎な記事の掲載がありました。弊社のユーザをはじめ皆様方のご信頼を損なうこととなりました。 </p>
<p class="style8">2.対応 <br>
判明直後にMCプレス社に経緯説明を求め、謝罪文を提出させるとともに、内部調査を実施いたしました。その調査結果をもとに、二度とこのような事態が発生しないよう、関連４誌を現在発売中の号をもって廃刊するとともに、MCプレス社の半年後を目処とする解散を同社と協議の上、決定いたしました。 </p>
<p class="style8">3.処分 <br>
監督すべき役割にある責任者は以下の通り、報酬を自主的に返上いたします。 <br>
代表取締役社長　　中川　信行　報酬月額100％　3ヵ月（無報酬） <br>
常務取締役　　　　　奥野　一丸　報酬月額100％　1ヵ月（無報酬） <br>

なお、MCプレス社についても、同時に厳正な処分が実施されます。 </p>
