こいつ、完璧に犬猫の命を食いちらしてますね。
コップ一杯の酒が有れば安い餌なら猫が10日生
きられるだけの固形
焼き鳥一串でも同じような物
犬猫を保護を大々的に掲げてご支援集めをした
金で、それが自分で汗したお金なら多少は許される
と思うけど
電気代が払えません、水道代が払えません、
電話代がはらえません、皆様ご支援をで集めたお金
を自分の飲み食いに使うとは
川窪、お前は生きる価値無し、お前と同じ空気を
吸っていると思うと吐き気がする。
お前早く死ねやどうせ死ぬなら楽に死ぬなよ。
糖尿病で失明し、手足末端懐死し、肺炎か治癒不能
で苦しみながら死ねよ。
それがお前に殺された犬猫に対するせめてものお詫びの

この犬猫里親引取り帳は、平成14年度の物で、救護車に置いてあった事から損壊されないで残った物で、小火で焼けた盤渓そばの(盤渓犬猫施設を股貸しの家主 高畑)母親が、平成14年12月3日、ニャンコ先生に猫達を引き渡した時に直接サインした記録帳が発見された。
二回に分けて引き取り、この猫達を藤野へ保護した後で北広島や盤渓の施設へ移動したのである。

の7匹が12月3日に
搬送した。
なお、この時には三匹の犬達は既にその時盤渓の空家に措かれて居て、娘の高畑が通ってエサを与えていた。
見に行くと三匹の犬達は、カリカリに痩せていた。

きっと現在も札幌駅裏で盤渓そばを営業していると思うが、我が盤渓の施設へエサを送って来た時のメモ書きである。
股貸しの高畑が貸家契約は無理な話しなので契約書は無いが電気代の請求書が手紙で郵送されて来ているし、こちらから要求しなくてもエサを取りに来て欲しいと言われて二度ほど取りに行った事があったり、証拠のメモ書きもある。 近所の居住者も高畑さんが離婚して中央区へ何年も前から住んでいることは皆が知っていることです。
真実は一つで嘘は、いけませんね。
盤珪の建物は、住めないほど痛み、風呂も壊れホンプも壊れている事から、壊す予定なので月一万円の家賃と言う約束で借りたもので、勝手に建物を占拠したと言い出したのは、「遠くのご隠居」が私の掲示板へ投稿始めてからの出来事である。
その発端は、平成15年秋に盤渓の建物に又娘の高畑が戻ると言い始め他に施設を探せとの高畑の主張から態度が急変したものだった。
その直前に、南区から道路拡張工事のアンケート調査用紙が配布され私は、アンケート用紙を受け取っていた。
この時点で高畑が立退き金を貰うには、盤渓に居住しなければならいので追い出すのに「遠くのご隠居」を利用したものであった。
実際に、盤渓に電話回線まで引いて住んでいたのはニャンコ先生なのに無理やり追い出して高畑が住んでいたと役所に嘘を言い書類を書き上げて立ち退き金を数千万円手にした事を役所へ届出したならば、返還きっとしなければなせらないでしょうね。
それに盤渓そばで働いているのに生活保護受給者としたならば大変でしょう。
勝手に持ち去った犬３匹は、真っ直ぐ動物管理センターで処分されていると私は、推測致します。
何故ならばペット禁止の7階のマンション生活と老犬でボロボロの犬達を里親に引き取る人など誰もおりません。 |

毎月の股貸し家賃が1万円
それに電気代が加算され、
ガス、灯油代の合計金額が
請求されていた。
この内容の通り
明確に股貸しを証明しているもので
勝手に不法占拠している家でも無い。
何年も空家にしていた家に戻らなければ
ならない理由は、道路拡張工事の立退き
明渡しが認められるのには、4月中に
居住して居なければならない状態で
あったから急いで明渡しを求めて
来ていた。

北方ジャーナルや日本テレビ局へ
売り込んだ 嘱託記者 小笠原 淳
とは何者・・・本当に記者なの???

北海道で日刊紙を発行していた北海タイムスが廃刊となり、その後、北海タイムスの元社員らが中心となった復刊運動により、フロンティア・タイムスとして1999年に創刊。
その後、札幌タイムスに名称を変更、エリアを札幌市近郊に絞り、タブロイド夕刊紙として発行。 2005年11月、週刊に変更。
しかし、
まだ、発刊していた事実が見当らない。
その一人に「北方ジャーナル」に「やらせ」記事を持ち込んで問題を起している嘱託記者として 小笠原 淳 が存在していたことが判明している。
「北方ジャーナル」も、数々の「やらせ」記事で裁判沙汰になっている月刊誌であった。
この詳しい内容は、 の後半部に掲載されている。
この「やらせ」報道した日本テレビとも 小笠原 淳 は、昔から北海タイムス関連での関係があった事が判明した。

彼のブログの内容を皆さん、ご覧下さい。
丁度、この小笠原氏のブログが始まったころから、私の身辺に色々な異変が起き始めました。
この男は、記者と名乗りながら自動車免許も無くタクシーで取材していることからも、日々がアルコール漬けの生活で
ブログの中でも肝硬変で緊急入院している状態である。
酒呑む金の為ならば何でも記事にする記者を装ったゴロ屋である。
彼が北方ジャーナルの誹謗中傷している月刊誌の中の画像で、私の山形実家から中学生時代の写真で誰にも渡していない画像が
掲載されていた。
それで、この事から私の妹夫婦が関与していたことが明らかになった。
妹夫婦が、最初から小笠原に頼んで「ヤラセ」記事を書かせて施設の崩壊を謀り、全国からの寄付金を絶たせ
大きな負担を業と私に掛かるように謀ったものと思慮される。
妹夫婦には、私が山形の母親を札幌に迎えに来るのが一番困る為であった。
その為にも犬猫関連の事で問題化を謀り、父親や母親を騙すための北海道での工作の一つであったことが解かった。
この北方ジャーナルと言う会社も色々な事件を起している会社で、札幌では「ヤラセ」記事で有名で誰も薄くって値段も高い月刊誌
で購入する人は少ない。

勝手に盤珪の施設に入り込んで撲殺した後にわざと他の犬達が喧嘩して噛んだように見せかけてテレビ報道に利用された犬。
二階と一階は、戸で閉鎖されていた。
二階の犬は、全部繋がれていたのに誰かが放した。
何者かが「やらせ」映像を撮る為に撲殺して放した。
仕組んだものであった。
これらの全ての画像を「遠くのご隠居」こと、水戸市の荻谷昭夫が直ぐ、2チャンネルなどに画像公開していた。
彼がおそらく指示して遣らせたのだろう。

「春子」が撲殺されて死んでいた。
証拠に、毛布に包んでワゴン車に隠しておいた。
何者かが勝手に車を開けて「春子」の遺体を
持ち去った。
この「春子」を他の犬が殺す訳が無い。
それは、何ヶ月も一階に放し飼いしていた犬達は、
中型犬で「春子」より小型で勝てれる訳が無い。
「春子」の頭の一部が砕けていた。
何者かが撲殺したものだった。

この「茶々丸」のシーズ犬は、三匹の犠牲犬の中で、一番最初に狙われて殺された。
何故ならは、預かり犬で「身体障害者」の飼っていた犬の一匹だった。
預かる以前は、約一年週に何度かボランティアで散歩を私たちが交替でさせていた。
「遠くのご隠居」が、その身体障害者を騙して
私が、殺したと嘘を吹き込んでいたのが事が
後で判った。
その身障者は、犬を殺されたと思い自殺した。
「茶々丸」の遺体は、苫小牧で火葬し埋葬した。

この犠牲になった犬達は、「遠くのご隠居」こと荻谷昭夫他に数人が組織的に
計画し、盤渓の施設へ勝手に入り込んで撲殺した後、他の犬達に噛まれたように偽装して
テレビ局へ放映させたり、北方ジャーナルの月刊誌へ売り込んだことが解かった。
この画像を荻谷昭夫が許可無く公開しているから消せと、脅しの電話をニャンコ先生へ
現在も未だに深夜に電話を無言の掛けて来ている。
この画像を所持している事が何よりもの唯一の虐殺した証拠である。

この盤渓施設の知ったのは、盤珪の「盤渓そば屋」の
ボヤ事件から後でのことであった。
丁度、北広島市の保護施設が積雪で半分崩壊した。
何処か場所を探していた時期に盤渓のそば屋がボヤを
出し半焼した。
そこのそば屋で飼われていた犬猫の保護した事から、
そのきっかけでの盤渓の保護施設だった。
一万円で股貸しの一軒屋のボロ屋で、水道施設が無いが
確保できた。
もともと何年か前には、盤渓そば屋の娘が結婚して暮して居た。
そこは、離婚した娘が生活保護生活を受け子供と生活していた。
その後、ポンプの汲み上げ水が「ネバネバ」で
生活飲料水には使えなくなった。
止む無く空家にしてマンションを借りた。
ニャンコ先生は、股借しの家の大家が石狩の方の
年寄りとしか判らなかった。
北広島市の保護施設が豪雪で半分潰れ焦っていた。
必死の探索の末に「ニャンコ先生」へ盤渓そば屋の
経営者からの紹介があった。
娘の借りていた空家を世話してくれたことに「ニャンコ先生」は、
喜んでいた。
安く借りて犬猫を北広島から移動した。
盤渓そばの犬三匹も預かり世話した。
股貸しの借家を借りてから、数ヵ月後に本格的に
電話回線を引いた。
そこは、携帯電話が通じなかったからだった。
その頃、娘の股貸しの借主の態度が急に変わった。
ニャンコ先生が環境が良く週に三回泊まり始めていた。
突然、「生活が苦ので、また盤渓へ戻るから出て欲しい。」と
連絡してきた。
ニャンコ先生は、約束が違うと断った。
生活するのに「ポンプの水がヌルヌルした水も出なくなった。
急に立ち退けとは無理。」と回答した。
それに対して「別の場所を、見つけたので見て欲しい。」との
電話が来た。
それは盤渓施設の道路の筋向かい「山田さん」の所有の
物件の紹介だった。
ところが、その建物は積雪で損壊し水道も何も無い
トタン造りの工場だった。
「別の施設に適したところを探すまで家賃も支払わないし出ない。」と
答えた。
保護し預かっている犬猫を引き取るか又は、それに対しての
相当するエサ代を要求した。
それから間もなく「遠くのご隠居」と名乗る男が、掲示板へ出現した。
最初は、その男が保護施設を創り全部の犬猫を引き取る話が近寄った。
その後、話が変わって来た。
そこへ又別の男で、別海町の酪農家の養子の夫が現れた。
この男は、私が子犬の「太郎」を渡した里親さんであった。
その小野寺 ● と名乗る男は、言った。
「俺は獣医の資格を持っているので別海町へ犬猫を連れて
引っ越すと良い。」と電話が来た。
この男が私の掲示板へ投稿して来たのに対して妨害が入った。
遠くのご隠居と名乗りでた男が、「保護施設を俺に任せろ!!」と妨害した。
それから私への誹謗中傷の投稿が始まった。
別海の男は、住所が「嘘」と解かった。
その後、直ぐ股貸しの娘が保護施設へ勝手に留守中に侵入した。
自分の三匹の犬を預けていたが持ち去った。
そして何者かによって、施設内の犬「春子」や数匹の猫が
撲殺された。
その後に、すぐ私の留守中を狙って北方ジャーナルの
小笠原 淳が入って写真撮影した。
東京からチャールズエンジェルの探偵社員の二人が
勝手に出入り始めた。
盤渓施設を張り込みしていたのを捕まえた。
それから以後、ニャンコ先生の私生活を追い回すようになった。

ある日、札幌市西区内の新聞配達員 船橋●●と
言う名の男が施設にいた。
住居侵入罪で捕まえて警察を呼んだ。
その男は、「ある者に頼まれて入った。」と言い、
一切札幌西警察署でも言わなかった。
この頃に何年も継続してボランティア支援の
●●道子さんへも自宅や職場までに嫌がらせが始まった。
唯一のボランティアさんが施設へ出入り出来なくなった。
こんな状況の中で盤渓の施設で、ハスキー犬の「春子」以外にも犬が、
何者かに撲殺された。
既に、その前の真夏にも札幌市の中央区東屯田の身体障害者から預かった犬。
「茶々丸」のシーズが不自然な死で殺されていたのだった。
こんな状況へテレビ局は、「やらせ」の良い材料と現場へ小笠原 淳 の案内で
押掛けた。
当然、札幌市動物管理センターや北海道獣医師会をも巻き込んだ。
その獣医師等は、「ニャンコ先生」の保護施設と聴き喜んだ。
有珠山被災義援金行方不明を叩く「ニャンコ先生」を、潰すのに
最高のチャンスだった。
「やらせ」報道に荷担して「ニャンコ先生」をテレビを通して叩いた。
前、盤渓そば屋の娘夫婦の残した廃車二台や大量のゴミまで
ニャンコ先生が捨てたと報道した。
この頃から「遠くのご隠居」が過激的な投稿を掲示板へ「殺せ。」とか
「死んだらいいのに。」など書き立てた。
それで、私は身の危険を感じ緊急に盤渓施設からの犬猫の脱出を図った。
平成17年3月16日の深夜に決行した。
当然、その時にも日本テレビ局の報道関係者が
盤渓の施設入り口塞いで張り込んでいた。
その監視されている中で、深夜に裏山を越えて犬達を運んだ。
私は、前もって札幌市厚別区川下の知人の
車両解体業者の社長からの作業所を借りていた。
その廃車のトラックの貨物車などの荷台やワゴン車を利用した。
そこへ犬猫達を運んで入れ保護を続けたした。
当時、私は南区澄川のマンションの一階で
猫達を20匹以上を保護しながら住んでいた。
その猫達をベランダの窓を何者かが全開して逃がされていた。
その当時、盛んに「遠くのご隠居」が、移転先きの場所を捜した。
そして、私を「殺せ。」等と掲示板に書き込みだ。
盛んに数人の者を巻き込み煽っていた。
私の自宅周辺に、それらの者からの張り込みが続いた。
その中に、「猫を返せ。」と訴えた○○夫婦も押掛けて来た。
私は、自宅玄関で深夜○○夫婦からの暴行を受けた。
これが後に、簡易裁判所での「美園猫引渡し請求」の
調停事件である。
結論的には、小笠原 淳 記者やテレビ局の「やらせ」番組
だったことを原告が告白し取り下げた。
それらの者達から尾行されて、やがて厚別区川下の
保護していた場所が発覚された。
直ぐ、北方ジャーナルの嘱託記者 小笠原 が泊り込みでの
張り込み始まって、私との会話を記事に書き立てた。
私に対して泊まり先のオートバイでの追跡が始まった。
小笠原から「ニャンコ先生を追い駆けたら金を出す人が
居るので一年食べられる。」と言われた。

その猫達は、私の友人のアパートの六畳間に一時的に置かせて貰った。
それが白石区平和通りの●●洋子さんの借りていたアパートであった。
その後、数日してから「動物愛顧」と名乗る女性が来た。
里親に欲しいと言った。
残りの猫五匹を渡した。
その後、小笠原の居ない時に、江別市管内の河川橋の下へ犬達をも
移動した。
当時、撲殺されたりして全部で犬達は、19匹に減っていた。
その中の二匹が、河川橋に移動して直ぐ首輪を外し

江別市角山の農家に頼んで、一時的に無料で場所を借りる交渉をしていた。
私は、平成17年8月24日、午後8時過ぎにエサを与えに向かった。
その河川橋の下の犬達の場所で何者が車両を停めていた。
双眼鏡で遠くから観たら暗い中の捕獲中で数人の男がたむろしていた。
私は、危機感を感じ遠くで見守っていた。
約一時間ぐらいしてその車両が去った後、犬達の河川橋下へ行った。

確認したら七匹の犬達が盗られ連れ去られていた。
私は、直ぐ残された八匹を江別市角山の頼んでた
農家へ運んだ。
平成17年8月26日、ネットの掲示板などを見た。
しかし、犬達関連の情報も無く白石区の白石警察署に届けた。
その3日後の8月29日、江別市保健所で捕獲されて居たことが判った。
直ぐ、引き取りに行って犬達に逢った。
しかし、手続きの関係で翌日の29日の返還となった。
引き取りに行ったところ、又延ばされて9月1日になった。
早朝から保健所に行くと、
「○○洋子さんへ返還するが、他の犬に関しては、返還しない。」と言われた。
その理由は、明確にされなかったが札幌管理センターからの指示であった。
盤渓の股貸し娘や「遠くのご隠居」が、8月30日から江別保健所に電話をした。
情報が入った。
強く引き渡しを要求したが、江別市保健所では江別警察署に連絡した。
駆けつけた警察官は、私の警察学校の同期で刑事課 新川警部だった。

二つの条件を約束させて、○○洋子さんの「テナ」を引き取り引き揚げた。
私は、その後捕獲された犬達六匹に逢いに毎日行った。
平成14年にユゼ動物病院で登録しているのに動物管理センターでの
正規の登録が無いとされて返還されない。
我々の一時保護には、仮登録で里親を前提にしているから狂犬病の予防注射をしてから里親の飼主が決定するまで正規の登録番号が無い。
それは札幌動物管理センターとの約束で決まっていたのに変えられた。
その翌日一日後から犬舎への立ち入りが許されなかった。
私が保健所の犬舎に近寄っただけで、犬達が臭いから判り泣き吠えた。
毎晩深夜に行き曇りガラス窓越しに「吠えるな。」と言い聴かせた。
それぞれの犬達と順番に会話した。
犬達も「ニャンコ先生」もお互いに啜り泣いた。
ことに、何かの起きることをを察したこの日の深夜は、朝まで泣いた。
そして六日目の平成17年9月6日、一度帰り少し寝て又昼前からから保健所へ行った。
しかし、もう既に犬達の泣き声も無く処分されて居なかった。
愕然として車の中で大声で泣いた。
私は、江別市保健所の担当者にやっぱり騙されていたことを実感し知った。
この現実から、私は犬猫の一切保護活動を辞める事を決意した。
今後は、執筆活動へと転じ六匹の犬達の敵を討とうと決めた。
山形の実家へ残りの八匹の犬と九匹の猫と共に、移住を考えた。
悔しさで三日寝られなかったが気持ちを取り直して履歴書を書いた。
旅費を稼ぐために弁当の仕出し屋で働き出した。

平成17年10月5日札幌へ残りの犬猫達と軽貨物自動車で山形へ向かった。
3日後の平成17年10月8日深夜山形市内松山の実家に着いた。
実家には、既に何年も前から父親や母親は居なかった。
父親は、平成13年の12月には既にボケが来ていた事は私も知っていた。
しかし、その後直ぐに妹夫婦によって老人ホームへ入れられていたのだった。
それから2ヶ月後、平成17年12月3日に老人施設へ入れられていた父親が他界した。
しかし、その二日前に父親が「○○に騙されて全部盗られた。」と私に言い残した。
私は、父親がボケていた事から単に「何か盗られて怒っているのかな?」と不信を
抱かなかった。
この父親の他界によって、私は札幌で借家の全損壊させられた件での訴訟が遅れてしまった。
遅れたが犯人の特定が出来ていないこともあって平成17年12月11日、私が平岸高台の借家大家○○ケイ子を器物損壊損害賠償請求で訴えた。
札幌地裁で「平岸借家の建物損壊損害賠償請求」の裁判が平成18年1月から札幌地裁での公判が始まった。
私が札幌で予感していた事が当たった。
私が平成14年1月に帯広で母親と逢って別れる時に、言った言葉が気になっていた。
母親は、「山形へ帰ったら娘(私の妹)に殺される。」とって言ったことが本当だった。
母親も父親も妹夫婦から全財産を盗られていたのだった。
母親は、平成14年以降は監禁断食の虐待から脱水症が原因で脳梗塞を起して入院させられていた事が判った。
全て、母親の告白証言から妹夫婦の悪行が判った。
母親は、その後公証人の先生を呼んで全ての土地や実家やアパートの建物の財産を私へ渡したいと言い出した。
その手続きを私は公証人に頼み始めた。
山形市公証人の 三浦宏一先生だった。
しかし、それを感知して妹が、山形家庭裁判所へ「成年後見人の審査申立」の
手続きをして母親を認知症に母親を脅してした。
母親の入院している病院で、私が札幌へ裁判公判に行っている間に叩いたり抓って暴行し「担当医師が何を聴いても答えるな。」と言い脅した。
母親は、「殺される」と思って従った。
しかし、妹の後見人申立は私が母親が監禁されて帯広へ逃避した事件を裁判所へ報告した。
母親の告白証言録音テープを提出したのだった。
このことから、母親に弁護士が後見人に選任された。
この頃、札幌で働いていた「弁当仕出し屋」の同僚から連絡が入った。
「川窪さんの行き先を聴いて来た者がいた。」とだった。
札幌の平岸の保護施設全損壊の件では、私の妹が損壊を頼んでいたことが公判での大家証言で判った。
それは札幌へ来て「壊して欲しいと頼んで150万円支払った。」との事だった。
その私の実妹と北方ジャーナルの嘱託記者 小笠原 淳 が既に平成14年以前に逢っていたことも判った。
全てが実妹と繋がっていたのだった。

It was true that mother had said "It

sister) when returning to Yamagata".
Mother and father are of ..theft.. from the
younger sister and her husband as for the

Mother has understood the thing that causes

平成18年2月に、盤渓そばの娘から、盤渓建物の損壊被害請求書が届いていた。
私は、また壊す家を利用しての金稼ぎの為に盤渓の股貸しを業としたと騙されたことを悟った。
平成19年12月30日、31日と続けて何度も深夜「遠くのご隠居」こと水戸市の荻谷昭夫から電話があった。
その留守番電話の内容から、盤渓の施設の前の道路が拡張工事をしている事が判った。
札幌市の南区と西区を繋ぐ幅の広い輻車線の道路建設で立退き予定地だった事を知った。
その後、平成20年の年明けてまた「遠くのご隠居」から深夜留守番に二度の電話が掛かった。
内容は、

● まだ車置いて有るし、居座ったら半分請求権があること。
● 盤渓そば屋の女の○○由美子に俺は、騙された。 |
その為には、「ニャンコ先生の家」の保護施設を、
目的だった。
その為に早急に、どちらかの手段を取る必要があったのであった。
その後、娘からの請求は、一切無い。
しかし、その後の「遠くのご隠居」の証言や他の情報から私の実の妹が「遠くのご隠居」へトヨタのランドクルーザーの新車を提供していた事が判った。
又、平成14年頃から既に山形の実家の写真などが妹の手から 小笠原 淳 や「遠くのご隠居」に渡されていた事が判明した。
この事から、平岸高台や盤渓の施設崩壊への工作が実の妹が裏でしていた事が解かったのであった。
その「遠くのご隠居」は、まだ脅迫の電話やネツト掲示板を継続し私を誹謗中傷し叩いている。
