'Rubik's Cube sex' peddled as latest cure for Japan's bedroom bashfuls

Japanese can cure their awful reputation for sexual clumsiness by trying Rubik's Cube sex, sexologist Adam Tokunaga tells Flash 7/24).
Rubik's Cube sex is Tokunaga's term to describe the process of going through myriad positions while remaining conjoined at the genitals the whole time, just as the famous puzzle is solved through lots of twisting and turning.
Tokunaga says the aim of the carnal contortionism is to make the experience more pleasurable for women and thus spice up the overall sex act.
"To have really enjoyable sex, it's important for the woman's sexual emotions to be allowed to bloom," Tokunaga tells Flash. "Provide soft, gentle stimulation, taking a long time and moving from the hair on her head down to the tips of her toes."
Tokunaga says it's important for guys to know what sex really is all about.
"Sex is not just a matter of insertion and ejaculation. Sex should be the exchange of sexual energy," he says. "Just as plugging an outlet into a power point allows for the flow of electricity, copulation between a man and woman should occur after the creation of an environment that allows for their respective sexual energy to surge between each other. The greater the harmonization of a couple's sexual energy, the more pleasure they are going to feel in the act. Once you realize that, you'll realize that simply putting it in and pumping away until ejaculation before allowing for heightened sexual energy is the height of absurdity."
Tokunaga argues that the key to mutual pleasure is experimentation while keeping the flow between a couple alive.
"Anybody who can teach themself how to perform Rubik's Cube sex will be more than capable of enjoying a long and fulfilling sex session. The key is making sure the inserted penis remains inside, otherwise the flow of sexual energy will be cut off. Then you should slowly change positions, staying inserted the whole time and moving slowly and without strain. The effect is to create a loving couple joined as one who appear to be slowly undergoing a dance together," Tokunaga tells Flash. "With each position change, the angle of the penis will also adjust slightly and provide a different kind of stimulation to the woman. I'd recommend starting off with 30 minutes of foreplay followed by 30 minutes of insertion. The ultimate aim would be an hour of foreplay. And, as for insertion, well, that could be limitless."
