INTRODUCTION

A hotfix update-2 package for the Volume Shadow Copy service for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 is available. This update package includes all previously released VSS related fixes plus fixes for the following specific symptoms:
When you use the Shadow Copies of Shared Folders feature on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 cluster, your shadow copies may be lost when you move groups between nodes.

Description:

You may not be able to create volume shadow copies on large volumes. Smaller volumes are not affected by this issue. Events 28, 20, and 7001 that are similar to the following are logged in the System event log:
Event Type: Error
