Frequently asked questions about the installation
1. Can I also use other Anti Virus Software when Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 is installed?

If Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 is installed, all other Anti Virus programs have to be deinstalled.
Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 includes an acclaimed Anti Virus software and firewall, so you don't need another software for your protection.

2. I installed the software and now I have problems accessing the Internet or the computer is very slow. What can I do?

Please check if other Anti Virus programs or firewalls are installed (exception: Windows Firewall). Deinstall them and try to access the internet again.
It's possible that there are remains from previously installed Anti Virus programs on your PC that prevent our software from working correctly. Please contact the publisher of such programs to delete their software properly.

3. After entering the activation code I get an error message. What can I do?

Please check again if you have entered the activation code correctly
