Torchbearer Jin Jing: Protecting the torch is my duty

Chinese Paralympic athlete Jin Jing has garnered much attention from the media for the bravery she exhibited as the third torchbearer in the fifth leg of the Beijing Olympic Torch Relay, which kicked off at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, at 1030 GMT on April 7. The 27-year-old wheelchair user from Shanghai had been repositioned one kilometer off the original course due to last minute modifications to the route. [Full story]
