この事件は、裁判沙汰になった。
ニャンコ先生が画像を公開したことでの訴えだった。
訴訟内容は、名誉毀損であった。
その後、管理センターの指導で
保護施設の犬猫の飼養方法の改善で終わった。
「虐待保護」を改善させた事件だった。

public.
The content of the lawsuit was defamation.
It ended because of the improvement of the
method of breeding Inuneco
of the asylum.
It was an event that "Cruelty protection"
is made to be improved.

札幌から定山渓に向かう途中に保護施設は、あった。
山の中の川渕の斜面だった。
風当たりも強かった。
何時も吹雪いて犬達が雪の下に埋まっていた。
寒中は、マイナス30度からの激寒地だった。
何匹か寒さから逝ってた。
近くに、窓の壊れて金網を張ったプレハブがあった。
中に猫が三匹居た。
猫と一緒に50代の男が住んでいた。
夜間は、寒さに耐えるために犬猫と寝ていたのだった。
男は、食べるために寄付金を集めて暮した。 |

一部の犬だけベニヤの箱が措いてあった。
この地帯は、豪雪が積もった。
2メートルもの積雪の中で、犬がもがいていた。
全てが凍っていた。
激寒の時に、次々に犬達の中で弱い犬は、死んでいた。
これを私が大通り公園で公開した。
それによって訴えられた。 |

札幌市内からの電話通報が入った。
「何か黒いものを食べたのか側溝に落ちて犬がいる。」と、緊急出動した。
犬は、白いが泥だらけで濡れていた。
口元が真っ黒だった。
近寄るとコールタールの臭いがプーンとしていた。

札幌から数日通った。
なかなか姿を現さなかった。
やつと、捕獲器に掛かった。
尖っている骨を丸く削って皮を手繰り縫った。
ガラガラ痩せていた猫も太った。
直ぐ、ニャンコ先生に慣れた。

この北海道滝川市内の建物持ち主は一人暮らしだった。
老婆は、C型肝炎で意識不明になって倒れていた。
しかし、この家の二階に23匹の猫を飼っていた。
避妊去勢をしなかった為に、増やしてしまったのだ。
町内会の回覧版に町内の人が老婆を発見した。
救急車が老婆を救護して帰った。
猫達が取り残された。
札幌のニャンコ先生に通報が入った。
「確か、猫を飼っていたはずなのに・・・」
と近隣の人だった。
現場に警察と行った。
三匹の猫が生き残って居た。

他の20匹は、餓死と脱水症で死んでいた。
生き残った三匹は、何でも食べた。
水も無く、次々と猫は、餓死した。
その死んだ猫を食べて生きていた猫達だったのだ。
腐って行く死んだ猫は、食べられなくなった。
次は、生き残った仲間の中での闘いだ。
負けた私の番だ。
一匹が猫同士も喧嘩で齧られたのか尻に怪我していた。
「ウジ」が内臓の中まで達して入っていた。
救護して5日目に逝った。 |

四国 徳島市 下半身付随猫「マトリ」事件

この猫は、四国の徳島県から「真鳥」さんが
下半身付随で、捨てられていた猫を保護した。
全国の犬猫愛護団体へ呼び掛けたが保護する
ところが無く、私の札幌まで空輸して来た。
私は「マトリ」と名付けて保護した。
「マトリ」は、感染症のウイルスの影響で脊髄が
犯され下半身付随になった猫だった。
インターヘロンを打っての治療と、排尿排便は
自力で出来ないので四時間措きに何処へでも
連れて歩き私が世話した猫だった。
盤渓施設の犬猫にエサを深夜与えに行って
救護車に戻った。
「マトリ」の呼吸が変わっていた。
「マトリ」と私は、手と手を握りあった。
約1時間色々「マトリ」との思い出を語り合った。
やがて手で「マトリ」の合図があった。
平成17年3月8日、午前1時57分少し過ぎに逝った。
苦しむ事なく静かに天国へ旅立った。
「マトリ」との復習を私は、誓って号泣した。
報道関係者や荻谷の関係者に追われた日々。
そのストレスが「マトリ」にも身近に解かって祟った。

midnight and it returned to the relief car.
Breath of "Matori" had changed.
"Matori" and my did clasp of the
hand and its hand each other.
It variously talked about memories with "Matori"
for about one hour.

signaled before long.

It quietly started on a journey to the heaven

to "Matori" near oneself.

恵庭市恵み野 下半身付随「ハル」事件

北海道恵庭市の恵み野団地で下半身付随の猫
が捨てられていた。
芸実大学学園の学生が発見し通報にて出動した。
全く、交通事故か下半身が麻痺していた。
「マトリ」と一緒に排便排尿の世話を私がしていた。
南区澄川の「ニャンコ先生」の自宅で
平成17年2月18日、亡くなった。
その遺体を何者かベランダから侵入して持ち去った。
この直ぐ後に、留守中ベランダから窓を開けて
猫達を逃がした。
しかし、大半の猫達が戻った。
「マトリ」仲良しでお互いに舐め合って楽しい四年間を
過ごした。 |
