What is your definition of loli?

If you're reading this part of the forums, then that means you already know what a loli is. (Who doesnt know what a Loli is anyway?)

loli(s) are cute girls whose age does not exceed (13) thirteen years old.

The definition of loli might vary from people to people.

As many people already know, loli came from the book Lolita which narrated about a protagonist who felt sexual desires towards a 13 year old girl.

Therefore, the original meaning probably is the same except that it is from thirteen to 18 or 20 or 21 depending on what age you consider one person to be an adult. Twenty is more obvious for me because the numbers imply not being a teenager anymore.

There is this second category called pedo. Pedo are the same but people who have desire towards less than thirteen years old girls. It implies from birth up to before the beginning of puberty.

However, there are a lot of complications with those definitions. The first one is age range. People's puberty start and end in different values depending on race or body functions, conditions or whatever you like to call them. The best scale is:
Pedo: birth to before puberty begins
Loli: begining od puberty to end of puberty

Well, pedo and loli are pretty much the same because they imply the controversy of sexual desires toward a immature body (and more complicated but my best summary). And since loli is more popular, loli takes over the meaning of pedo in anime or hgames.

The most complicated definition of loli will be yours. Will you consider a character loli by the breast size, age, clumsiness, mental reasoning, etc. They might vary from person to person. There are kids with a matured mentality and body of the current age and considered loli. There might be kids with a matured body but not a mentality. There are adults who both mentality and body doesn't look like mature, are they considered loli as well? Well, that you think about it and you define it.

Maybe I didn't write the question clearly.
What in your opinion is loli? For example, is misty a loli? According to her age she is, but because she is really often posted on anti loli sites, is she the middle ground? Where do you think the border should be?
So generally what I was trying to say was what banzemanga said. And ask for your opinion or your definition of loli and purely normal hentai.

My opinon, lolis I thought they meant lolipop but now I see thats even more preverse. Lolicon Complex is frown upon so greatly that I don't bother looking into it, until I went to 4chan and saw a picture of 5 year olds covered in sperm and happily enjoying theresevles, one sitting her diapers waiting for her soft not-develop cervix to be penetrated.

To me its all about the look not the age. In the anime like lucky star and moeten. Girls in these and other anime are 17+. in the real life I've seen girls that look around 13 that are above 18 . Plus Some of the porn on this site has some very young looking girls.
by the way on lucky star, Konata said that she is a lolita and her mother was a lolita when she was alive plus kanata said that her father is a lolicon for proffering women like her mother.
