　ニャンコ先生の過去の活動で1998年春から1999年秋までの間の施設。
私の民間犬猫保護施設「ニャンコ先生の家」での一番辛かった施設だった。
　　きっと、ボランティアさんの手さえあれば、
現在でも維持し数多くの犬猫達を保護助けて居た事であった。

　全国には、多数の犬猫など動物愛護団体を掲げる組織が有るが、実際に犬猫を保護施設を創設して活動している団体は無いに等しい。

　しかし、そのような団体が募金集めの利権争いで我々のような保護施設を持って実践している団体に対しての妨害活動をしているのが日本の実態である。
　実際に、保護施設が有るか無いのかを確認してから募金など支援すべきにニャンコ先生がお願い致します。

It is a past activity of teacher Nyanco and facilities from the spring of 1998 to the autumn of 1999.
It was facilities in my private Inuneco asylum "Teacher Nyanco's house" that were the most painful.
Surely, it was a thing that still maintained, protected, helped a lot of Inuneco as long as Mr. volunteer had the hand, and was.

Inuneco of the group that founds the asylum and acts is actually equal to not being though in the whole country, is the organization to which the animal rights group such as a lot of Inuneco hangs.

However, it is the realities of Japan to do the obstruction activity to the group by which such a group practices it with the asylum like us in the rights duel of the fund-raising collection.

Actually, are the asylum or ..teacher Nyanco.. I hope fund-raising etc. should be supported after
it is confirmed whether.

北海道石狩郡の新篠津村農家。
古い空家を借りた。
1999年、ペット便利帳が出来た。
北海道新聞社発行の
雑誌に掲載された。
テレビ局にも多く出演した。
救護の電話が北海道
全域から殺到した。
ボランティアの
引き抜きが一番祟った。		 Farmer of Shinshinotsu-son in Hokkaido Ishikari-gun.

「DOMON」と名乗るボランティアの男。
他のボランティア約30名連れて去った。
「猫と遊ぼう」というサイトを開いた。
「DOMON」に、犬猫の初歩を教えた。
脳波を盗んで消えた。
「パクリ」でサイトのアクセスが伸びた。
パチンコ屋の清掃業者の息子だった。
親の会社を引き継いる。
ボランティアを引き抜かれて孤立した。
一人で世話する事になり過労から倒れた。
ここでの活動時期が最高辛かった。
人手不足から
札幌へ一冬越して引き上げた。
A man of volunteer who introduces by him/herself as "DOMON".

The brain wave was stolen and it disappeared.

The volunteer was selected and it was isolated.
It would take care of alone and it fell because of overwork.
The activity time here is Cara or less.

It moves to Sapporo when one hibernal and it has improved it.

冬期間は、札幌から約車で1時間。
新篠津村まで毎日通った。
遠く感じた。
札幌から国道275号線を滝川方向。
当別町から東へ約5、6キロ入った。
田園地帯の真中だった。
農道の為に、除雪がされなかった。
　豪雪には泊り込んだ。
この頃は睡眠時間も削り頑張った。
「黒子」や「チビ黒子」が、
ここで逝った。
この生活が懐かしい。

毎日毎日、吹雪が続いた。
やっと、たどり着いたら入れなかった。
玄関が雪で埋まっていた。
梯子を掛けて中に二階から
入った。

畳の上に、厚さ2ミリビニールを敷いた。
泊まれるようにベットを二階に据えた。
犬達は、そとの庭に、自由にした。
雨天や冬は、家の中に入れていた。
犬も猫も喧嘩無く仲が良かった。
猫の集団に、犬達が近寄らなかった。
犬猫の専用治療室もあった。

犬達を冬や雨天に、入れる為だった。
一緒に、居ない猫も居た。
台所や玄関、治療室に散らばった。
二階は、真冬はコタツを使った。
猫は、コタツ4ヶ所に団子になった。

この地域は、凄い吹雪が毎日続いた。
村の除雪は、一番遅かった。
一番近くの主線道路まで4キロあった。
エサを背負って歩いて
施設へ向かった。　
凄い強い風が続き一晩で吹雪。
　写真のような積雪で
玄関が隠れた。
一時間も除雪に掛かった。
除雪で散々苦しめられた。
すっかり私は、身体を壊した。
社員からの連絡も携帯受信が
悪かった。
途切れて連絡付かないと
怒られた。

近くの人口水路で魚が釣れた。
猫のエサに使うほど釣れた。
広い庭が有った。

その一面が小さな樹林であった。
カッコウの鳥やフクロウも
住んでいた。
猫達は、その樹林に来た
スズメを獲った。
「クロ子」や「チビクロ子」の
墓も有った。
今は、水田になって
無くなっていた。
この広い土地の何処かに
眠っている。

豊平区平岸高台全損壊
犬猫保護施設


　平成14年12月9日この保護施設の
借家が損壊された。
この土地は家主の弟さんの所有で
家主の姉が
勝手に借家を建てニャンコ先生へ
貸していた。
　そのトラブルを利用しようとニャンコ先生の
実妹が目をつけた。
山形の実の妹が保証人になっていたことから、
ニャンコ先生を遺産相続を妨害し外す目的だった。
困窮させる為に、家主に150万支払って
「勝手に壊しても構わない。」と壊さした。
生活家具も仕事の機材も全てを無した。
引越しを約束して居たのに、その前に
建物ごと損壊させた。
　大家は、お金を貰ったので直ぐ飛びついた。

down.

teacher Nyanco from the guarantor Yamagata true younger sister.
Because it is made to become poor, 1.5 million is paid to the
landlord and ..destruction.. , saying that "You may destroy it
without permission".
The life furniture and the machine parts of work are ..all.. ..it is...

It of each building was destroyed ahead of that though the move was
promised and it existed.
It jumped soon because the landlord had gotten money.

車両2台駐車した。
庭には、犬小屋の
施設を造った。		 札幌市豊平区平岸高台。
「ニャンコ先生の家」の
借りたころの状況。
平屋八畳x六畳三部屋・
台所・風呂。
庭付き・駐車場。
外見は、良いが
雨漏りした。		 冬の札幌は、積雪が多くい。
施設の中は、ストーブが
24時間炊く。
暖かく屋根に雪も
溜まらない。
屋根の雪下ろしは無い。

多数の子犬や猫達が居た。		 トイレの「躾を」ゲージで
教える猫。
避妊去勢した猫は、自由。
室内犬達も全部で
七匹が猫達と
仲良く居た。
 常に、ボランティアさんが
交替で来た。
午前と午後から来て
糞尿を取り替えていた。

最後は、江別保健所で
処分された。		 茶の間の猫と
犬達の食事風景。		 各部屋に、
猫の留まり場があって
ここで集会をする。

捕獲された。
江別保健所で、
後に処分された。		 ピレニー犬で預かり犬。
ここに来てから元気になった。
　一時放棄したが飼主の気が
変わった。
　飼主を嫌がっていたが
戻された。		 奥の鉄製の犬小屋には、
全部で6匹の
犬達が保護さけていた。
ニセコの犬達の3匹と、
ハスキーの「春子」も
ここに居た。

　それを知ってから一年後に
飼主が自殺した。　		 「ココ」の母親のパピヨンで
ボランティアへ預けている。

北広島市松島
大工作業場保護施設
Kitahiroshima Ichimatsu island carpenter workshop asylum


　ここは、平岸の高台施設が
全部損壊された後、
二回目に緊急に探した場所だった。
　輪厚の「小林」さんの紹介だった。　
豪雪に覆われている北広島市の松島に
南区藤野から引越した犬猫保護施設。
　この場所は、支援者の紹介で入った。
しかし、水道施設が無くコルフ場からの
川の水を犬猫の飲料水にしたが、除草剤
の薬害から水を別に運んだ。
札幌から約30キロ離れた交通の悪い場所で
冬季は、除雪まで交通禁止地域だった。
　この後、盤渓への引越しだった。		 The height facilities in a flat shore : here.

　猫の保護施設は、床も確りしていた。
その入り口に看板を掲げた。
　中は、約18畳ぐらいの広さにゲージなど
入れて石油ストーブを炊いた。
　この熱が犬の保護施設をも暖めた。
猫達は、近隣に何も無く川に挟まれた場所で
民家から離れた場所から

柱を作っていた
作業場だった。
豪雪によって、犬達の施設の
ゴミ置き場の一部の屋根が
トタンにパイプを当てたのみなので強度が
無く支えていたパイプが折れた。
　危険から引越しをせざるおえなかった。
この後に盤渓へ引っ越した。		 It was a wide place of 20 meters every 50 meters in the total length

捨てられて保護した
老犬に点滴を施している。
犬を見守り暖めている
介護のオス猫「雄三」。
捨て猫「雄三」は、年齢は不明。
　首輪に「ニャンコ先生の家」と
全猫が名札。
電話番号と名前をつけている。
猫を放していた時の映像である。
その頃は、猫の放し飼いの
規制は無かった。
犬達は、放し飼い禁止で繋いでいた。
犬は、点滴の必要な犬と
里親用の犬を乗せている。
猫は、捨てられた猫を救護した時に
癒す猫達である。
　ここが札幌市で一番何処か
ら来ても解かりやすい。
ここから救護へと出動開始する。
　その間、公園に放した
猫達は待っている。
救護してかえると皆、
猫達が救護車へ帰る。
　朝から夕方まで
天候の良い日は、待機していた。
私は、本業と兼務の
ボランティア活動であった。
　このことは、
一部の人しか知らない。

捨てられて保護した老犬に

救護した時に、
既に餓死寸前の老犬であった。
　このころも嫌がらせが始まっていた。
それは、他の某全国にある
動物愛護団体である。
犬猫が居ない団体で
寄付のみの団体。
　テレビ放映の多い団体である。
犬猫の保護をしている
我が団体が邪魔だった。
保護施設のない団体には、
寄付が少ない。
　その寄付金の利権闘争からの

　マイクロバスの救護車と
軽の救護車を使い分けた。
テレビ塔と札幌駅前通りの
交差した大通り公園内。
公園内や歩道のゴミも
集めて活動した。
　この場所は、テレビ塔を背景に
皆が撮影していた。

この頃が今は一番の思い出でだ。

「雄三」も車から、
盗まれたか居なくなった。

「やらせ」報道するために盤渓の保護施設に勝手に侵入した。
施設の中の犬猫を撲殺させて工作した。
更に、犬のエサを捨て水も捨てさせて「虐待保護」と
騒ぎ立てさせた。
また、交通事故死の犬猫を「虐待された犬猫」として
「やらせ」放映させた。
視聴率を稼ぎだった。

　この施設を後にしてから、私とも多くの犬猫達が
別れる事になって不幸になりました。
江別保健所で犬6匹も処分されたり、猫達も又
野良猫へ戻されたりした。
この原因は、根底に日本人民族の体質にある。
何故、動物愛護先進国のように本格的な民間の
犬猫保護施設が日本には出来ないか。
それは、動物愛護団体を掲げていてるが、
次元の低い犬猫を利用している営利団体だった。
真の犬猫保護の活動している団体や個人は、
排除されている。
何故ならば、犬猫も居ない団体は、寄付金が
集まらない。
　　　　　●実践的な犬猫保護施設を持って実際に
　　　　　　保護している団体。
　　　　　●犬猫の救護に当たっている団体。
我々のような団体が、インターネットの情報から判った。
犬猫の保護していないところへの寄付が無くなった。
この寄付金の利権闘争がエスカレートして来て、
「ニャンコ先生の家」が狙われた。
有珠山噴火災害の時に、「獣医師会の名前を使い
2000万円も集めた。」とか?
「ニャンコ先生」が儲けて逃げたとか?
このような誹謗中傷が報道されていた。
　これが要因である。
北海道獣医師会や道庁の環境課などがNHK全国からの
義援金の使い込みした。
その隠蔽する為に゜ニャンコ先生」を利用した。
こんな使い込みにも、北海道の弁護士集団「オンブズマン」は
動なかった。
　　例えば、北朝鮮の拉致問題事件に対し、
全く全国弁護士会が動かない。
この裏には、それなりの理由があるのだった。
所詮、弁護士も「金儲け。」の団体で正義の
月光仮面では無い。

最終保護施設!!
札幌市中央区盤渓とは、
　札幌市の藻岩山の裏に
位置し、円山公園から
幌見峠を通り抜ける道と、
西区の西野から抜ける道、
そして南区の南の沢から
峠を通り抜ける道がある。		 施設は、盤渓神社から
円山へ向かう途中の
峠ラベンダー公園の
手前から西の山へ
50メートルほど入った
場所にあった。
冬期間は、積雪も多く除雪
それるまで通行出来なく
なるので水に困った。
 この家は、所有者は
石狩の方に居て、借主は
3匹の犬を物置に置いて
別に生活していた。
　水道が無く汲み上げ
ポンプで水質が悪い為に
生活できない家で、二階は
雨漏りしていた。
家賃1万の股貸しで契約書
が無い。

引取り犬の犬なのに。
虐殺された犬でした。
バロンと徹子の二匹で、川下の
河川敷で江別保健所に捕まった。
この二匹は石狩当別の水田畑に
二匹捨てられていたのを保護した
犬で命を助けた犬なのに・・・
平成17年9月6日、登録している
のに本当の飼い主の登録ないと
札幌市動物管理センターの嫌が
らせから江別保健所で捕獲し

止む無く空家にしてマンションを借りた。
ニャンコ先生は、股借しの家の大家が石狩の方の
年寄りとしか判らなかった。
　北広島市の保護施設が豪雪で半分潰れ焦っていた。
必死の探索の末に「ニャンコ先生」へ盤渓そば屋の
経営者からの紹介があった。
娘の借りていた空家を世話してくれたことに「ニャンコ先生」は、
喜んでいた。
安く借りて犬猫を北広島から移動した。
盤渓そばの犬三匹も預かり世話した。
股貸しの借家を借りてから、数ヵ月後に本格的に
電話回線を引いた。
そこは、携帯電話が通じなかったからだった。
　その頃、娘の股貸しの借主の態度が急に変わった。
ニャンコ先生が環境が良く週に三回泊まり始めていた。
突然、「生活が苦ので、また盤渓へ戻るから出て欲しい。」と
連絡してきた。
　
ニャンコ先生は、約束が違うと断った。
生活するのに「ポンプの水がヌルヌルした水も出なくなった。
急に立ち退けとは無理。」と回答した。
それに対して「別の場所を、見つけたので見て欲しい。」との
電話が来た。
それは盤渓施設の道路の筋向かい「山田さん」の所有の
物件の紹介だった。
ところが、その建物は積雪で損壊し水道も何も無い
トタン造りの工場だった。
　「別の施設に適したところを探すまで家賃も支払わないし出ない。」と
答えた。
保護し預かっている犬猫を引き取るか又は、それに対しての
相当するエサ代を要求した。
　それから間もなく「遠くのご隠居」と名乗る男が、掲示板へ出現した。
最初は、その男が保護施設を創り全部の犬猫を引き取る話が近寄った。
その後、話が変わって来た。

そこへ又別の男で、別海町の酪農家の養子の夫が現れた。
　この男は、私が子犬の「太郎」を渡した里親さんであった。
その小野寺　●　と名乗る男は、言った。
「俺は獣医の資格を持っているので別海町へ犬猫を連れて
引っ越すと良い。」と電話が来た。
　
この男が私の掲示板へ投稿して来たのに対して妨害が入った。
遠くのご隠居と名乗りでた男が、「保護施設を俺に任せろ!!」と妨害した。
それから私への誹謗中傷の投稿が始まった。
別海の男は、住所が「嘘」と解かった。
　その後、直ぐ股貸しの娘が保護施設へ勝手に留守中に侵入した。
自分の三匹の犬を預けていたが持ち去った。
　そして何者かによって、施設内の犬「春子」や数匹の猫が
撲殺された。
その後に、すぐ私の留守中を狙って北方ジャーナルの
小笠原　淳が入って写真撮影した。
東京からチャールズエンジェルの探偵社員の二人が
勝手に出入り始めた。
盤渓施設を張り込みしていたのを捕まえた。
それから以後、ニャンコ先生の私生活を追い回すようになった。

一切札幌西警察署でも言わなかった。

この頃に何年も継続してボランティア支援の
●●道子さんへも自宅や職場までに嫌がらせが始まった。
唯一のボランティアさんが施設へ出入り出来なくなった。

こんな状況の中で盤渓の施設で、ハスキー犬の「春子」以外にも犬が、
何者かに撲殺された。

既に、その前の真夏にも札幌市の中央区東屯田の身体障害者から預かった犬。
　「茶々丸」のシーズが不自然な死で殺されていたのだった。

　　こんな状況へテレビ局は、「やらせ」の良い材料と現場へ小笠原　淳　の案内で
押掛けた。

当然、札幌市動物管理センターや北海道獣医師会をも巻き込んだ。
その獣医師等は、「ニャンコ先生」の保護施設と聴き喜んだ。

有珠山被災義援金行方不明を叩く「ニャンコ先生」を、潰すのに
最高のチャンスだった。

「やらせ」報道に荷担して「ニャンコ先生」をテレビを通して叩いた。
前、盤渓そば屋の娘夫婦の残した廃車二台や大量のゴミまで
ニャンコ先生が捨てたと報道した。

この頃から「遠くのご隠居」が過激的な投稿を掲示板へ「殺せ。」とか
「死んだらいいのに。」など書き立てた。

それで、私は身の危険を感じ緊急に盤渓施設からの犬猫の脱出を図った。
　平成17年3月16日の深夜に決行した。

当然、その時にも日本テレビ局の報道関係者が
盤渓の施設入り口塞いで張り込んでいた。

　その監視されている中で、深夜に裏山を越えて犬達を運んだ。

私は、前もって札幌市厚別区川下の知人の
車両解体業者の社長からの作業所を借りていた。

その廃車のトラックの貨物車などの荷台やワゴン車を利用した。
そこへ犬猫達を運んで入れ保護を続けたした。

当時、私は南区澄川のマンションの一階で
猫達を20匹以上を保護しながら住んでいた。

その猫達をベランダの窓を何者かが全開して逃がされていた。

　その当時、盛んに「遠くのご隠居」が、移転先きの場所を捜した。
そして、私を「殺せ。」等と掲示板に書き込みだ。

盛んに数人の者を巻き込み煽っていた。
私の自宅周辺に、それらの者からの張り込みが続いた。

その中に、「猫を返せ。」と訴えた○○夫婦も押掛けて来た。
私は、自宅玄関で深夜○○夫婦からの暴行を受けた。

　これが後に、簡易裁判所での「美園猫引渡し請求」の
調停事件である。

　結論的には、小笠原　淳　記者やテレビ局の「やらせ」番組
だったことを原告が告白し取り下げた。　

それらの者達から尾行されて、やがて厚別区川下の
保護していた場所が発覚された。
　
直ぐ、北方ジャーナルの嘱託記者　小笠原　が泊り込みでの
張り込み始まって、私との会話を記事に書き立てた。

私に対して泊まり先のオートバイでの追跡が始まった。
　
小笠原から「ニャンコ先生を追い駆けたら金を出す人が
居るので一年食べられる。」と言われた。

Concluding it, the plaintiff confessed and it was withdrawn that it

　私は、救護車に乗せていた犬達を念書を書かせて、九匹を里親に渡した。
そして同じ場所で、別に廃車のワゴンを利用し猫達を保護していた。
猫達を捕獲出来なかった五匹を残して移動した。
その猫達は、私の友人のアパートの六畳間に一時的に置かせて貰った。
それが白石区平和通りの●●洋子さんの借りていたアパートであった。

　その後、数日してから「動物愛顧」と名乗る女性が来た。
里親に欲しいと言った。
残りの猫五匹を渡した。
その後、小笠原の居ない時に、江別市管内の河川橋の下へ犬達をも
移動した。
　当時、撲殺されたりして全部で犬達は、19匹に減っていた。
その中の二匹が、河川橋に移動して直ぐ首輪を外し

が逃げた。

残りの犬は、

だった。

　その頃、私は必死に施設の場所を毎日探し廻っていた。
江別市角山の農家に頼んで、一時的に無料で場所を借りる交渉をしていた。
私は、平成17年8月24日、午後8時過ぎにエサを与えに向かった。
その河川橋の下の犬達の場所で何者が車両を停めていた。
双眼鏡で遠くから観たら暗い中の捕獲中で数人の男がたむろしていた。
私は、危機感を感じ遠くで見守っていた。
約一時間ぐらいしてその車両が去った後、犬達の河川橋下へ行った。
●　管理センター引き取りの「コロ」
●　豊平区中の島から預かった「花」
●　捨て犬の「鼻」
●　石狩での捨て犬　「バロン」
●　石狩での捨て犬　「徹子」　
●　捨て犬の「お母さん」
●　○○洋子さんの預かり犬　「テナ」
　確認したら七匹の犬達が盗られ連れ去られていた。
私は、直ぐ残された八匹を江別市角山の頼んでた
農家へ運んだ。
平成17年8月26日、ネットの掲示板などを見た。
しかし、犬達関連の情報も無く白石区の白石警察署に届けた。
その3日後の8月29日、江別市保健所で捕獲されて居たことが判った。
　直ぐ、引き取りに行って犬達に逢った。
しかし、手続きの関係で翌日の29日の返還となった。
引き取りに行ったところ、又延ばされて9月1日になった。
早朝から保健所に行くと、
　
●　○○洋子さんの預かり犬　「テナ」。
　「○○洋子さんへ返還するが、他の犬に関しては、返還しない。」と言われた。
　その理由は、明確にされなかったが札幌管理センターからの指示であった。
盤渓の股貸し娘や「遠くのご隠居」が、8月30日から江別保健所に電話をした。
情報が入った。
　強く引き渡しを要求したが、江別市保健所では江別警察署に連絡した。
　駆けつけた警察官は、私の警察学校の同期で刑事課　新川警部だった。
●　他の里親へ必ず処分せずに里親を捜し渡すこと。
●　里親が決まったら渡した犬を教えること。
　二つの条件を約束させて、○○洋子さんの「テナ」を引き取り引き揚げた。
私は、その後捕獲された犬達六匹に逢いに毎日行った。
しかし、その翌日一日後から犬舎への立ち入りが許されなかった。
　私が保健所の犬舎に近寄っただけで、犬達が臭いから判り泣き吠えた。
毎晩深夜に行き曇りガラス窓越しに「吠えるな。」と言い聴かせた。
それぞれの犬達と順番に会話した。
犬達も「ニャンコ先生」もお互いに啜り泣いた。
ことに、何かの起きることをを察したこの日の深夜は、朝まで泣いた。
　そして六日目の平成17年9月6日、一度帰り少し寝て又昼前からから保健所へ行った。
しかし、もう既に犬達の泣き声も無く処分されて居なかった。
愕然として車の中で大声で泣いた。
　私は、江別市保健所の担当者にやっぱり騙されていたことを実感し知った。
この現実から、私は犬猫の一切保護活動を辞める事を決意した。
今後は、執筆活動へと転じ六匹の犬達の敵を討とうと決めた。
　山形の実家へ残りの八匹の犬と九匹の猫と共に、移住を考えた。
悔しさで三日寝られなかったが気持ちを取り直して履歴書を書いた。
　旅費を稼ぐために弁当の仕出し屋で働き出した。

平成17年10月5日札幌へ残りの犬猫達と軽貨物自動車で山形へ向かった。
3日後の平成17年10月8日深夜山形市内松山の実家に着いた。

実家には、既に何年も前から父親や母親は居なかった。
父親は、平成13年の12月には既にボケが来ていた事は私も知っていた。
　しかし、その後直ぐに妹夫婦によって老人ホームへ入れられていたのだった。

それから2ヶ月後、平成17年12月3日に老人施設へ入れられていた父親が他界した。
しかし、その二日前に父親が「○○に騙されて全部盗られた。」と私に言い残した。
私は、父親がボケていた事から単に「何か盗られて怒っているのかな?」と不信を
抱かなかった。

　この父親の他界によって、私は札幌で借家の全損壊させられた件での訴訟が遅れてしまった。

　遅れたが犯人の特定が出来ていないこともあって平成17年12月11日、私が平岸高台の借家大家○○ケイ子を器物損壊損害賠償請求で訴えた。

札幌地裁で「平岸借家の建物損壊損害賠償請求」の裁判が平成18年1月から札幌地裁での公判が始まった。

私が札幌で予感していた事が当たった。
私が平成14年1月に帯広で母親と逢って別れる時に、言った言葉が気になっていた。
母親は、「山形へ帰ったら娘(私の妹)に殺される。」とって言ったことが本当だった。

母親も父親も妹夫婦から全財産を盗られていたのだった。
母親は、平成14年以降は監禁断食の虐待から脱水症が原因で脳梗塞を起して入院させられていた事が判った。

　全て、母親の告白証言から妹夫婦の悪行が判った。
母親は、その後公証人の先生を呼んで全ての土地や実家やアパートの建物の財産を私へ渡したいと言い出した。

　その手続きを私は公証人に頼み始めた。
山形市公証人の　三浦宏一先生だった。

　しかし、それを感知して妹が、山形家庭裁判所へ「成年後見人の審査申立」の
手続きをして母親を認知症に母親を脅してした。

　母親の入院している病院で、私が札幌へ裁判公判に行っている間に叩いたり抓って暴行し「担当医師が何を聴いても答えるな。」と言い脅した。

母親は、「殺される」と思って従った。
しかし、妹の後見人申立は私が母親が監禁されて帯広へ逃避した事件を裁判所へ報告した。

母親の告白証言録音テープを提出したのだった。
このことから、母親に弁護士が後見人に選任された。
　
　この頃、札幌で働いていた「弁当仕出し屋」の同僚から連絡が入った。
「川窪さんの行き先を聴いて来た者がいた。」とだった。

札幌の平岸の保護施設全損壊の件では、私の妹が損壊を頼んでいたことが公判での大家証言で判った。

それは札幌へ来て「壊して欲しいと頼んで150万円支払った。」との事だった。


　その私の実妹と北方ジャーナルの嘱託記者　小笠原　淳　が既に平成14年以前に逢っていたことも判った。

全てが実妹と繋がっていたのだった。

I sued rented house landlord ** Keiko in the flat shore height by the property destruction claim on December 11, 2005 as the criminal might not be able to specify it though it was late.

The trial of "Building destruction claim of the flat shore rented house" started in the Sapporo
district court and the public trial in the Sapporo district court started in January, 2006.

The thing of which I had been having a presentiment in Sapporo was hit.
When I met mother in Obihiro in January, 2002 and it separated, the said word
was anxious.
It was true that mother had said "It is killed by the daughter (my younger
sister) when returning to Yamagata".

Mother and father are of ..theft.. from the younger sister and her husband as for the whole
hypothec.
Mother has understood the thing that causes the cerebral infarction from the cruelty of the
confinement fast by dehydration after 2002 and is hospitalized.

All, younger sister and her husband's evil doing has been understood from the mother's confession testimony.
Mother started to say for her to want to call notary's teacher afterwards and to pass me all land, parents' familys, and the properties in the building of the apartment.

I began to ask the notary for the procedure.
It was Mr./Ms. Koichi, notary Miura of Yamagata City.

It was perceived however and the younger sister followed a procedure for "
Adult guardian's examination statement" to Yamagata Family Court, and
mother was threatened and it did to the acknowledgment syndrome of mother.


I beat while it went to the trial public trial and pinched, assaulted, said, "Do not answer no matter what the doctor in charge listened", and threatened to Sapporo in the hospital where mother was being hospitalized.

Mother followed it thinking, "It is killed".
However, I reported on the event that mother had escaped to Obihiro under
confinement to the court as for younger sister's guardian statement.

Mother's confession testimony recording tape was submitted.
It elected from this to mother and the lawyer was elected by the
guardian.
　
Recently, the report entered from the colleague of "Box lunch caterer"
that worked at Sapporo.
It is , saying that "There was a person who had listened to Mr. river
hollow's destination".

In the matter of the asylum all destructions of a flat shore in Sapporo, it has been
understood that my younger sister was asking for destruction from the landlord testimony by
the public trial.

　平成18年2月に、盤渓そばの娘から、盤渓建物の損壊被害請求書が届いていた。
私は、また壊す家を利用しての金稼ぎの為に盤渓の股貸しを業としたと騙されたことを悟った。
平成19年12月30日、31日と続けて何度も深夜「遠くのご隠居」こと水戸市の荻谷昭夫から電話があった。
その留守番電話の内容から、盤渓の施設の前の道路が拡張工事をしている事が判った。
札幌市の南区と西区を繋ぐ幅の広い輻車線の道路建設で立退き予定地だった事を知った。
その後、平成20年の年明けてまた「遠くのご隠居」から深夜留守番に二度の電話が掛かった。
　　　内容は、
●　まだ車置いて有るし、居座ったら半分請求権があること。　
●　盤渓そば屋の女の○○由美子に俺は、騙された。
　その為には、「ニャンコ先生の家」の保護施設を、
●　崩壊させる。
●　立退きさせる。
　目的だった。
その為に早急に、どちらかの手段を取る必要があったのであった。
その後、娘からの請求は、一切無い。
しかし、その後の「遠くのご隠居」の証言や他の情報から私の実の妹が「遠くのご隠居」へトヨタのランドクルーザーの新車を提供していた事が判った。
　又、平成14年頃から既に山形の実家の写真などが妹の手から　小笠原　淳　や「遠くのご隠居」に渡されていた事が判明した。

この事から、平岸高台や盤渓の施設崩壊への工作が実の妹が裏でしていた事が解かったのであった。


その「遠くのご隠居」は、まだ脅迫の電話やネツト掲示板を継続し私を誹謗中傷し叩いている。

有珠被災義援金の「金」の隠蔽を謀り
テレビ局の「やらせ」放映に協力荷担した!!

まだ、発刊していた事実が見当らない。
　その一人に「北方ジャーナル」に「やらせ」記事を持ち込んで問題を起している嘱託記者として　小笠原　淳　が存在していたことが判明している。
「北方ジャーナル」も、数々の「やらせ」記事で裁判沙汰になっている月刊誌であった。
　この詳しい内容は、の後半部に掲載されている。
この「やらせ」報道した日本テレビとも　小笠原　　淳　は、昔から北海タイムス関連での関係があった事が判明した。

　何者かが「やらせ」映像を撮る為に撲殺して放した。
仕組んだものであった。

　これらの全ての画像を「遠くのご隠居」こと、水戸市の荻谷昭夫が直ぐ、2チャンネルなどに画像公開していた。

彼がおそらく指示して遣らせたのだろう。

証拠に、毛布に包んでワゴン車に隠しておいた。

　何者かが勝手に車を開けて「春子」の遺体を
持ち去った。

　この「春子」を他の犬が殺す訳が無い。
それは、何ヶ月も一階に放し飼いしていた犬達は、
中型犬で「春子」より小型で勝てれる訳が無い。

「春子」の頭の一部が砕けていた。
　何者かが撲殺したものだった。

It was what it had beaten to death whom it was.
この「茶々丸」のシーズ犬は、三匹の犠牲犬の中で、一番最初に狙われて殺された。

この犬の事情を知っている人間しか狙わない。

何故ならは、預かり犬で「身体障害者」の飼っていた犬の一匹だった。

　預かる以前は、約一年週に何度かボランティアで散歩を私たちが交替でさせていた。　

「遠くのご隠居」が、その身体障害者を騙して
私が、殺したと嘘を吹き込んでいたのが事が
後で判った。

　その身障者は、犬を殺されたと思い自殺した。


「茶々丸」の遺体は、苫小牧で火葬し埋葬した。

計画し、盤渓の施設へ勝手に入り込んで撲殺した後、他の犬達に噛まれたように偽装して
テレビ局へ放映させたり、北方ジャーナルの月刊誌へ売り込んだことが解かった。
この画像を荻谷昭夫が許可無く公開しているから消せと、脅しの電話をニャンコ先生へ
現在も深夜掛けて来ている。
この画像を所持している事が何よりもの唯一の虐殺した証拠である。
