We can see many websites using fanarts made by Japanese without permission， and most of the time they are displayed with the word "author unknown".
Many think that they are not "stealing" because of the credit， but the authors， we prohibit reusing without permission， so that will be same as stealing to us. So if you wish to use others' works， please follow their rules. Before using fanarts， we are asking others to contact the author. Even if you can't read what is said in foreign website， we're sure you can find the webmaster's mail address easily if you look around.
