I am a JAWP user. I agree completely with the opinion of Yamamoto Ichiro.

I want to add my point of view. I guess that two communities may have the
difference in the understanding of privacy and freedom of speech. For example,
you can make articles of criminal's name in ENWP. But you can't do it in JAWP.
Also you can't make the link to such articles of ENWP in JAWP. Because we
think that it is the serious violation of privacy.

And we think that disclosing the real name of another user is serious violations
of privacy. And it is violations of freedom of speech, I think, because fear to it
make enough reason to give up contributing. I know, Aphaia apologized to the user
whose real name have been disclosed and the user may forgive her. JAWP community
decided to block her for three months. I have no strong opinion it is best decision or not.
But I don't think it is very unfair, because JAWP may need it not to make someone
who threaten to disclose private information again and force to forgive themselves
violation (I don't think Aphaia did so. I'm talking about probable bad influence).

I don't oppose to confirm Aphaia. However, when someone say "Because the blocking in
JAWP is not fair", I feel you don't share our respect to privacy and freedom of speech.
