THIS brawny blue tit must have been left with lovely peck-toral muscles after his workout.

The bird had grabbed a branch while waiting patiently for his turn on a feeder.

An eagle-eyed photographer captured the tit’s exertions on Forestry Commission land near Farnborough, Hants.

No bird would have ruffled his feathers if he’d pushed in. But he was happy to push up instead.
