Photoshop 7.0 becomes a MacHacha document after installing MacHacha.
Obviously, the OS will associate any file with .0 extension to MacHacha. So, just let know the OS your copy of Photoshop 7.0 *is an app*. Rename it:
Photoshop 7.0 --> Photoshop 7.0.app
Keep in mind that the OS will associate to MacHacha any file with the following extensions: .0, .000, .001, .machacha, .rar and .exe (the last two ones will dissapear in the next MacHacha version, as I found RAR Expander to be the perfect unrar-er for the OS X platform).
