This document explains how to install iPod Linux to Nano.

This intaller has several features:

• Your document is safe:   This intaller does not remove your data. All the music, files and settings are automatically taken over.
• No need to use aefdisk:   JonnyWest's installer messed up partition tables. Using aefdsik adjusts the partiotion in the wrong way. This installer installs iPod Linux in the correct way.
• Easy to use: As is shown below I deleted options as much as possible. AppleOS is automaticaly selected as the default OS.

Usage:
 

1 Download nanoipl.zip.
   Extracted the nanoipl.zip
   There are only two files. nanoipl.exe (installer) and readme.html (this document).
   Start nanoipl.exe.

         If you do not know how to extract a zip file, read this.

2. Click "Next>"

If a message below comes out, make sure that your iPod is connected. Sometimes it would be a good idea to restore your iPod with iPod updater.

3.Wait a while. If "Now Installing" blinks, installation is working fine.
  Installing might take a few minutes if your PC does not support USB2. Be patient and just wait.

4Success. Disconnect yout iPod and keep pressing rewind button until iPod Linux starts.
 If any error messsage saying "reading error" comes out, iPod Linux may not be installed correctly. In this case, just try again.
